Paid my deposit and was told the installer will be in touch to do a measurement, never happened. Sent 3 emails over 3 weeks to check the status and nothing happened. So tried to get my deposit back but the accounting kept delaying on the phone and would never reply back to my emails. Finally had enough and called my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Not sure how they stay in business with communication/practice like this...

I have been waiting for more than a year for them and complete the flashing on our patio doors. I have spoken and called them more than 30 times and am constantly told someone from their service department will call me to make an appointment. 12 months has gone by and still no-one has called to come and complete the work.The caulking was also going to be touched up as there were cracks. Once again I am told someone is going to come and touch this up, but nothing has been done.

Do not buy anything from Oasis Windows. The quality is garbage and the repose is zero. Here is what my glass looks like. I called and emailed with zero response. If you want to waste money and time then Oasis Windows is the place to go.

This was April 2021 and today is Jan 24,2022. Nothing has been done. I am getting false promises. Now I am told Sales person doesn't work there. Service manager doesn't work there. One of my window is leaking already since early December called and emailed. Answer i get is we will take care.I am building a new home and ordered windows and a patio door. Because referral from a friend. Windows were delivered on time, one window was missing a slider. They brought it 2 weeks later and it didn't even close properly. Took them another 4 weeks to fix slider. I paid $6500.00 dollars for patio door. Door was 6 weeks late. When it came they wouldn't install the door until i made full payment (even though 50% deposit was paid up front. Installers installed the door. Doors were very hard to slide and paint is all damaged and black frame is not even painted properly. They claim this door is new, but u find it hard to believe. I have called salesperson and manager Vice president, president no one cares. Door was installed on April 29th and bothered to do anything all fake promises and nothing been done. I will never use this company again.

This Company is very unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled last minute. I went to the showroom to see windows. Sales representative never followed up. I wasted my time visiting this place. I do not recommend visiting this company.

Paid a deposit and they didn't deliver windows. We've been calling for almost a year. It appears they are bankrupt or out of funds to actually deliver their orders. They're not answering or returning calls and emails. An absolute nightmare.

I have never met such clowns in my life . We have three sets of large sliding widows where the wheels had rusted and were not operating properly .I have been calling for over a year and half to get service and have sat at home for total of 8 days after the service call 's were confirmed . Each time I called I had to repeat my address and contact details and remind them the reason for the service call. I do not think they even make a service orders as no one ever called me back one .I tried reaching out the the sales person ( Amar Kalan ) with the issues but he would never pickup any of my calls or return my text messages .The first service people that came were unprepared and did not have the correct parts and never reported back to their office what was required.This is the most energy I have ever wasted with any company !!!Finally ( hooray hooray ) john and Elwood came by and fixed the problem.

I ordered windows in April 2021 didnt received until june my sales person Pardeep left the companyhe promised me quality service but i got the one of worst service now it comes to installation of screens again they come 3 time weren't made right quality is bad STAY away from this company unless you want a headache! Poor customer service and quality!. Should have believed the reviews.SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY DON'T JUST TAKE THEIR WORD I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Windows were delayed multiple times (which with things delayed across all industries I can partially understand). But when the windows got delivered and installation was scheduled, the installers didn't show up. They said they had a more important job to do so they would show up another day". The lady at the office hung up on me when I called to complain about how things were communicated. It's been 3 weeks and still have no support on closing off my project"
