Awful awful awful. They took over 11 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. They also damaged a lot of our stuff and accidentally gave us someone else’s item. They took over an hour on a ride that should’ve taken 15 mins top. In the end, they also ambushed us with tons of hidden fees, which ended up tripling the bill. Would give negative stars if possible, worst experience of my life.

Such Fraud!! We didn't even get a contract and they charged us like no tomorrow. They called themselves professional? My friends who were also helping me with move seemed more professional, my friends were much faster than them too! You won't believe the amount of damage they did to our stuff then ran away! Don't bother even booking anything with them! And girls, if you book them, don't be alone with them either, they'll end up flirting with you if you do something nice for them!Honestly, if I could give no stars, I would.

I had very very bad experience with A-Z Mover service. They will rob you. Don't take their service and don't even called them. They are super fraud.End of the day you will pay 3X time more $$$ then actual cost. Be careful with them. Don't sign any paper.

I wish i could give you No stars. Not even one. Google wont let me post without a star. My parents are ill and needed some movers. These guys took advantage of them. Firstly moved real slow so that they could get paid more. Tried to get $1000 for moving and only half of the belongings where moved. Im absolutely disgusted with this company. They charge for 5 steps they had to walk in the front of the building. The apartment they where moving was on the first floor. Petty. They arrived super late and my sister had to help move my parents at 1am!!!! They left old people stranded at 1am!!!!

Such a fraud guys..!!! After loading stuff they charge me 600$, actual charge would be only 280. Moreover, threaten me as well when I refused to pay. Even more I helped them and at last they drop all luggage outside appartment and go away. Worst experience ever. He doesn't know calculation as wellWorst day of my life.

These guys did a move for me today may 11 2019One bedroom unit took them 7 hours and they didn’t even pack my stuff in the unit. They left it in the lobby and they took off. Most disgusting horrible service. I’ve done several moves same size done in under 4hrs. I’ve never paid over 400, they charged me 620. I’ve hired movers before and I’ve never seen such lazy slow pace movers ever. I don’t recommend them to anyone, I advise to stay away from these guys.

This is the worst experience ever! Do not EVER use them!I called to book a moving with them and asked about the price and all details...I was told they charge 35$/hr and no other fees. Weird I know, this is why I insisted, making sure that it is actually 35$!!!!! I even asked if it is ok to book them for 2 hr only as I didn't have much stuff. And they said yes, no problem, they would come even if it's for 2hr only!!!So this morning they came, 20min late - and I also insisted to come as early as possible as I'm working. Anyways, they came, loaded half of my furniture and then the guy is writing the bill: 508$ !!!!!!! How come??? Well, they have 70$ travelling fee, then minimum 4hrs with 70$/hr and then 1 hr extra hour because they will need it! I had 2 beds and 1 couch and few other bags and for that they needed 5 hours??????? !!!This is a rip-off!Oh and BTW: they say that if you pay cash they will not charge you taxes! I paid cash and they DID charge me the taxes!!!!!And when I said that this is not what I was told on the phone he says, well, what do you want to do? do you want to unload?Then he says that I should call the office - the office opens at noon! I called at noon and the person to pick up was so so rude! He literally hang up on me saying he doesn't have time!Terrible customer service and complete rip-off!Do NOT even think about using their moving services! They will come up with bunch of hidden fees and take your money!

We had a booking this morning for 8 AM. After 8:15 AM, they still hadn’t shown up or even called to let us know that they were running late. After we called to ask them, they let us know that they would be almost 2 hours late and even then couldn’t confirm that they would be able to make it. At about 10 AM, we had to find a different mover and cancelled their appointment as they hadn’t even shown up by that time. They go by many names such as “Strong Movers”, “Moving Services”, etc. Avoid like the plague. Would have given 0/5 stars if possible.

Worst movers ever. I called them to book my moving,I was told $35/hour with no extra charges & we fixed a date & time. On the moving day I called to remind them of the moving & the guy I spoke to sounded suprised& asked for all my details again. They came with 3 guys &the teamleader told me that the price is $35/hour for each of his 2 movers for a minimum of 4hours plus a certain amount for travel time which was not mentioned during the consultation& I must pay 3/4 of the fees before they start work.I told the teamlead that was not what I was told& he was I he does not care this was what they charge . I had no choice because I has to move that day so I had to agree to their outrageous price& their customer service was veryvery rude. The movers were slow as snail , handled my stuff roughly&the teamleader did not lift a finger. If the price seems too good to be true run because they are probably a fraud.

Terrible. Took over 11 hours for a 2 bedroom condo. Sat around wasting time, and brought a tiny 10 ft truck. Tons of hidden fees, which doubled the final bill, and didn't unload furniture until paid off full. Took over 2 hours on a 15 minute ride in their 2nd round.Finally, they were very reckless with furniture and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if possible. Biggest mistake of the year.
