Great Place to do Business…they have excellent customer service and when you have a problem, the work with you to solve it….I always go back here…if they don’t have what you need, they will find it or give you a great referral to a supplier who can meet your needs. Much more than a tire shop, they are a wealth of knowledge and their advice has saved me tons of $$$ over the years. Great for tire rotations and winter tires too. Service and selection for tires cannot be beat.

The manager would not make the effort to properly fix my car, even after I researched the solution and offered it to him. He just walked away. I asked for help from Bensons head office and they are doing everything to fix my cars alignment challenge. They want a good reputation. Refreshing. The final result was my car was retested at a second Benson auto service store. My problem is still not fixed. The mechanic tried his best but the car still pulls. Oh well.

I called the store to get a price on winter snow tires. I was quoted $1050 all in …out the door tax included. When I went to pick up my car and pay, he said it would be $1201 as there was an environmental fee etc. The environmental fee shown on my bill was $16. That is a far cry from the difference of about $150. I do not like to be low-balled. If I am quoted a price I expect to pay that price. I could have gotten a set of Michelin from a Costco for $1030 (out the door), however I chose to buy local. I will have to rethink my purchases in future.

Went here to get my brakes done. They told me my back brakes were still good, only my front brakes needed to be done. The charged me $450.00 for front brakes and rotors. Less than 9 months later I was starting to hear brake issues again. I had recently moved out of the Belleville area and to a new city where I brought my car to another automotive workshop. They took a look a my car and told me my front brakes were done with the cheapest brake pads and rotors available. That the rotors looked fine on the outside and the inside was basically shot. The back brakes were cracked and severely over due. The new shop re did all the work this shop did and replace my back brakes for $550.00 and they come with a life time warranty. Do not come to this shop the are scamartists.

I found myself with a soft tire after work on a Friday night Needing to drive an hour and a 1/2 home. After trying a few different places for a plug. I wound up a good year.An hour before closing they took me and right away plugged my tire and I was on the way again for the weekend ready for work. the fellow at the front desk was kind and courteous, polite, professional.After getting turned down in several different places a Friday evening and needing the truck for the next day I was getting frustrated at the situation .after dealing with goodyear getting me up and on the road it turned my evening around.5 stars fellows. Great job

Best garage in Belleville I have found hands down! Polite, friendly, and always wanting to make sure you leave satisfied. They have gone over and above for me many times and this is the ONLY place in the Belleville area I will take my vehicles to now. Always quick to get the job done, always done properly, and always provided a quote before proceeding with work. These guys are the best!

I started, and now my whole family are bringing our cars to these guys. :) They did so much to our vehicles, and gave us a loaner car when they were waiting for some parts to be delivered. They are professionals in their job, and what’s most important - they are trustworthy!
