I'm very pleased with this service. I'm disabled so bathroom, baseboards and floors are very important for me on a monthly basis. Kitana was very detailed oriented while still working at a quick pace. Any communication with the office has been met with professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend this service and look forward to next month!

Different teams have come here over time and, even though the present one is my favourite, all the employees have been very pleasant, quick and thorough. as a senior and one with (at times) limited mobility, it is important to have not only efficient cleaners, but personnel who are caring and considerate. I have had nothing but super great response to my needs by the staff of Molly Maid, from Natasha who first came, and then Donna and Sara who are the main team who now come to my home. It is a wonderful feeling, when I know that whether I am present or not, they will come in and look after my home the way we have agreed, and leave quietly with the job done. I always look forward to their scheduled visits.
