South Centre Volkswagen Service

I am so happy with our service here this last week when I took in my atlas. Only because this time around, i got to deal with Tyler M in service! I have brought in my atlas for its heated side mirror that did not work 3 times before this. it seemed that no one really cared enough to look into the problem. All they ever said is that it was work and the fuses were fine. But this time around, wow, I am sure glad I had Tyler on my side. Tyler didn't just tell me it worked and shooed me on my way. No, he got right down the problem as to why it wasn't working. Him and his awesome team looked into it for us and did find out we did not have the right part. Thank you, Tyler M and everyone who worked on it. Also, thank you to the service manager there who was also on our side to make this happen. I am very thankful for the turnout of my situation there. I am only going to be dealing with Tyler going forward.
