Bright, conveniently located place with plenty parking around. I had a hair cut done by Murat and was wonderful. He is attentive, professional. I left with not just an amazing hair cut, but plesant experience overall and looking forward coming back in a couple month.

Best hair salon ever I’ve been! Murat is an expert, you can 100% trust him. His entire team is amazing! They are following the trends, the salon itself is super clean . Got my hair done at Ora for the first time yesterday. I have zero complaints. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. I was given refreshments during my appointment and conversations were great. I got a big change done to my hair and I’m glad I got it done at this salon. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Jen spent a long time on my hair to ensure the colour, cut and style was perfect. She offered me a special cup of Aveda herbal tea which was an especially nice treat. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks Jen!

I have been visiting this salon for a while for hair coloring and hair cut. I’m very happy with the service overall. First of all, even though it is not easy to find the right color for coopers, Murat did a great job and found the exact color that I wanted. Now I go there every 4 weeks to refresh the color. Second of all, I am happy with my hair cut, especially with my bang trimmings. He cleared all bad and unhealthy ends first and reshaped my bangs. It looks natural and modern now. On top of everything, the staff is friendly and the salon is clean. I’m glad that I found this place.

My mom went here because it was one of the few places that will donate hair to cancer victims to make wigs. She specifically asked for layers and not a bob. She was given a bob, no layers and when she woke up the next day the trim is uneven with chunks of hair 2 inches longer then the rest. She literally had to even up her own hair the next day. Her hair was down to her waist and without explaining why just said they had to cut it that short, its now at her jaw line in the front, shorter in the back and left her in tears when she looked at it the next morning. The only good thing about this is the hair will be donated to help someone in need but she'll never be going back.

Amazing salon! The staff was all very kind and the service was excellent ! I got my hair coloured and I could not love it more, and the stand behind sinks were very comfy to sit at will I got my hair washed. Murat and Jen both made sure I got the exact hairstyle I wanted, and I will 100% be returning here for all my haircare needs in the future!

Jeannine was lovely to work with! I came in with just the base idea of getting pastel colours in my hair, and she helped me figure out which colours would look nice and work with my skin tone. She was very helpful with all my questions on products and how to keep my hair healthy after the lightening and colour process. And great conversation as well!The salon atmosphere and decor is fun and unique, and the other staff were lovely as well!
