The best hardware store around! Service and availability of product was excellent!

The prices may be a little higher here than in the big box construction stores, however the shopping experience is way more pleasant. The staff is helpful and courteous and they carry a wide variety of goods.

Great place and excellent staff. They almost never laugh at my stupid questions and I always feel very welcome and valued when I shop here!

Love this local Hardware Store. Some one is leads there to answer ur Questions. They price competitive with the Big Box guys. Rather give my money to them and make some friends than spend a fortune with the other guys n nothing to show for it. Ur just another Credit Card to them. I see my new deck material coming from them. They now carry the new Compoite stuff to. Love it.

Prices can be as good or better than any other store, especially big-box stores. Lesser variety of product until you ask and describe your particular need, since I have found that they can source most anything you could want.

Amazing staff and great local business, good prices

The staff inside the store is outstanding. The yard has one employee named Robert who is unpleasant rude and unhelpful. 3 years ago, unbeknownst to me I was blocking his truck and instead of asking politely he yelled at me and then one of the other yard staff physically threatened me. Ken is aware of this and did nothing to discipline/fire these employees. Today, July the 29th I had the misfortune of having to deal with Robert. Rude, unhelpful and impatient. I cancelled my order and explained to one of the employees what had happened. He told me that there were frequent complaints about Robert and that he had also had unpleasant situations dealing with Robert. Ken, if you value local customers, I would suggest that you do something. As long as you don't, I will be shopping at Quesnel in Ste-Marthe. Better prices, better service, free delivery and better quality. Couldn't get to Quesnel so Home depot got my order. Hudson hardware 105$ same order at Home depot 75$.
