What can I say ? Back On Track was the best “find” I found when looking for someone to help me . Years of back issues , nerve spasms from disc damage, and repeat attacks at anytime caused much pain and disrupted my life. The entire staff at Back On Track are very friendly, helpful , and honestly care about my health. An all in house location for all my needs, and so easy to deal with. I am stocked to be enjoying moving pain free and enjoying my daily adventures again. Thanks Back On Track!

Great staff and always a friendly environment. Many services offered by different medical professionals. After years of contact sports they have treated my knees, shoulders and back. After my intial treatments, I have remained on a maintenance program and have never felt better. Whether it's physiotherapy or a chiropractic visit I always see a great result. I have recommend several friends and colleagues to Back on Track and will continue to do so.

Dr Will is an excellent chiropractor! I have been a dedicated patient for about 10 years now and will not let another chiropractor near my back! The entire Back on Track staff are friendly and accommodating!

Poor service from the owner. The message therapist Maciej was a nice guy, but if you are sick and looking for a deep tissue massage this is not the place to go to. Good massage place if you are looking to just relax and don’t have any serious chronic illness which requires deep tissue massage.

It is all about the money. My aunt attended this clinic for overpriced treatments even when she was trying to cancel her services she was talked over. They tried to manipulate her to take another overpriced service. I say over priced because I called 2 other clinics offering the exact same service and their price was almost double. The staff is very friendly apart from the manager she was incredibly rude and condescending when she spoke to us because we wanted our money back the clinic insisted on my aunt pay for all of her 30 sessions up front . Horrible business practises .

This place puts the other physiotherapy place I went to for two years to shame. Kunal is worth his weight in gold and right away set up a plan to heal me and address my injuries. The admin staff is spot on friendly and above all effective. I do also like that they provide turnkey service for when I inquired about a back brace or other concerns. I even asked for a private room and was accommodated. Parking is available and they do have a wait in car policy before you show up. Well worth it and I definitely recommend Kunal and Back on Track.

I have been seeing Dr. Will for almost a year now for my scoliosis and other neck related problems. I have definitely noticed a positive change. I used to get really bad headaches and migraines to the point I was taking Tylenol on most days of the month. My lower back would also seize up on me after a long day of me standing. Both issues have been significantly minimized.I have also seen Dr.Jesse when Dr. Will was away. Both are very knowledgeable in their professions and pleasant people to be around.Lastly, all the ladies up at the front are always so lovely!
