Very professional. Getting an appointment is easy and quick. Very happy with the services. My doctor follows up quickly. Calls me to give me my results and if needed we schedule an actual visit at the office Which is COVID safe. Also parking not an issue as there is free packing in the back

Got my appointment through Bonjour Sante. The nurse practitioner Mme Boulanger, Genevieve got very upset when she realized I couldn't speak French. She was very rough and does not take what you say into consideration. I had a fever for 3 days, was taking Tylenol to control my fever and after the examination she told me I was excellent condition even though I was coughing, had a green positive sputum and was wearing a mask when I was at the waiting room. I feel ridiculed and ashamed when left her office. I had an extremely unpleasant time.

Never have to wait long, appointments are given fairly quickly. Staff is very friendly my family doctor is at this clinic and Dr. Amira Boukadida is an AMAZING doctor, she's fantastic at what she does, so glad I found her. She takes her time with her patients and NEVER rushes for you to leave. She has helped me so much. Thank you Dr Boukadida for all that you do.

no nonsense, walked in and apologised for being 5 minutes late and then was politely asked to be seated for but only a minute or so before my doctor called me into her office.

I found Dr. Cormier, Amelie via online teleconference during Covid19. Following our online consultation, where she was very professional and informative, I had follow up questions and concerns and she was able to make an in person appointment for me within a week. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and well informed as a patient. Highly recommend!

Thank you Dr. Amelie Cormier. Overall one would just get good feeling talking to the staff and the nurse, and it was great talking to the doctor in person as well. The doctor took time to know us and established a connection almost instantly. She addressed and explained all our concerns with care. Thanks again!

Very professional and courteous service. Dr Bannon is young but clearly very competent and takes you seriously and will answer your questions. Now that I’m getting close to my 70’s it’s important I start finding doctors who will outlive me!!

I've been trying to call for an hour now and I've been on hold because apparently there's too many people calling? There's no way that people have been non stop calling the clinic for the past hour. I'm at work trying to close an appointment and I can't even get through to a secretary. It happens everytime I call. And on top of not being answered, I get told by a machine that they won't be able to take my call and to call 911 if it's an emergency. My doctor was very very good but I can never get through to make an appointment. Very bad service on the part of the secretaries

Staff and doctors are amazing. Rapid rendezvous, thorough and sympathetic doctors, follow up on condition by phone. I could not ask for better care and service. My family doctor is at this clinic and she is excellent. I've also been seen by four other doctors at this clinic and they have all given me excellent care. I'm very impressed this team of doctors.
