V.M. Auto Inc. are life savers! Very professional, responsive and straightforward.While traveling in Canada from the U.S., I had emergency brake problems (grinding noise) on my 2017 Toyota Camry. V.M. Auto had space and told me to come right over. Simon said “Brake Pad is gone” as soon as he saw the red dust covering the passenger door (He then confirmed via an inspection)Simon estimated $275-$300 plus tax and said they could get it done that day. He obtained the parts and had me on my way an hour later. The charge was $275 plus tax for a total of $316; right on the dot!During the work, Simon and his crew were friendly and amiable. They even let me take pictures for my teenage nephew, who is a car fanatic. Simon explained it all.Thank you!!!!
