Women ignored us at the counter before rudely asking what we wanted. We started ordering and she rolled her eyes and walked away, so a nice young lady came and took our order. Deluxe mexi fries recipe has changed and it’s no longer thick orange cheese but watery white “cheese” that pooled at the bottom of the container and made it soggy. Ended up throwing it out. Hard shell beef tacos were the only good thing we got

Went in with my gf to try a different spot. She ordered a bean burrito, specifically asking for it without cheese and sour cream as she's vegan. Employee says sure no problem. $50 later, we leave. We get home, after the second bite she spits it out; it has both cheese and sour cream. She says she should have checked, as it's happened the past couple times as well. Lesson learned. We won't be back.

Not good at all any more the mexifry deluxe Grose changed the cheese and it's disgusting and they barely put any on the crisp meat burrito is not the same hasnt been for a while ,and the bathrooms I dont think ever get cleaned properly all around yukky!!

Horrible service, we were in at 7 to order for take out and they told us to hurry because they close in 5 minutes. They close at 730 tho. The place smells like an outhouse and the service sucks. Cheap take out but I’ll pass on it from now on. Better service everywhere else and plenty of options.

Last night I ordered my usual veggie burrito, no cheese and no sour cream as I can't eat it. I asked the worker if she could sub out the dairy for guac instead and she said okay. When I got home and took a bite I noticed it had sour cream and cheese immidetely and no guac. This is probably the 6th maybe even 7th time this has happened to me where I've had to throw out perfectly good food. The time I get off work I can't drive back either to ask them to make it properly as they are closed by the time I get back. I will no longer be eating here.I articulate my words very clearly every time I go in to make sure whoever is working knows I'm asking for no dairy. No sour cream. No cheese. And 70%- 80% of the time my request is completely disregarded. It's incredibly frustrating especially when I'm wasting money on something I'll have to throw out after a long day of work and then I'm still hungry. Very disappointed.
