Amatista Spa at Bear Mountain Resort
The ladies at the front desk when we visited yesterday were friendly and knowledgable. We had a few questions about the property and were checking out the amenities for our future stay.They gave us the full tour of the outdoor Spa area. Can’t wait to enjoy our sessions and the decor was beautiful. Notice the gorgeous Live blooming orchid in the picture.

Amatista Spa at Bear Mountain Resort
My experience today was fabulous. Stephanie did a wonderful pedicure and facial. She was sweet, delicate and very professional. She was great. I got a jade stone 90 min massage with Eryn and she was very good and methodical. She got me super relaxed I think I was asleep at some point lol the service was impeccable. Jackie at the reception gave me an outstanding costumer service through the phone and at my arrival. Totally recommend this place. Good job team!

I had a lovely massage and enjoyed the serenity pool. The staff were great and accommodating. However I was surprised to find that the shower facilities were dingy and covered in pink and black mildew. For such a high priced spa I would have expected a cleaner facility.

As an instructor for both hair and aesthetics, I also wrote curriculum for the industry. I am also a former spa owner. Laura went above and beyond my expectations when I received an anti-aging facial. She had no idea that I came from the industry, but her care and attention and consistency from massaging my fingers to my toes to my head while I had masks on my face was the best I've experienced. The spa is lucky to have such a talented, kind, gentle and wonderful worker. Hats off to you, Laura! You truly are one of the best.

My rmt Robin was very professional and did a wonderful job with releasing some knots in my shoulders. Very gentle and strong.The staff were very welcoming.The outdoor mineral pool was abit cool and if it was raining there is no cover.
