Barbie Nail Spa

I have been going to this nail salon for over 6 years. Unfortunately, the owner has become very rude and the ladies have changed over time. I went on March 3 with my sister and niece to get a pedicure for me, no nail polish with mask, my niece who is 3 did paint on toes and fingers, and my sister did shellac French tip. I used to like this place and I would always recommend it to people, however after this very bad customer service experience, I will not be coming back. They charged me $138 plus tip for the services and that day it seemed like a lot based on the prices they had quoted me especially the nail polish for a toddler. Because I was a regular here, I took their word for it, and added tip as well. Later, when I did my own calculation, the total was coming differently. As it wasn’t about the money itself, I had an appointment in the area today March 8, and I went to tell them that I was overcharged and if they can calculate the total again. She calculated total as $128 an overcharge of $10. On the day, I even wrote what I paid in my notes app so it said the date stamp - the owner very rudely told me that I should have come back on the same day and that she doesn’t know if I’m lying. This was very surprising to me as I’ve always gone here and never questioned the total. They should have some level of trust with what the customer is saying especially since I wrote it down on the notes app with date stamp. It’s not about the money but about how she spoke to me and did not care about customer service at all. I can only imagine over the last 6-7 years how many times they overcharged me. They have lost a customer as I will not be returning. At the end I told her she can keep the money and left but I could hear her talking bad about me to another customer who was trying to help me explain to them. Very rude and immature owner. Overcharging for tip without telling regular customer who is already tipping is unacceptable and it’s time I find a new place because the owner doesn’t even know how to speak to customers.

There are many designs and features that these guys can do, they have dozens of types of ribbon tape and gems they can use. Lina is the best at doing the small designs and really making your nails last. Bonnie is also good! Been coming here for years ❤️

I love it here. The atmosphere is great, they do an amazing job, super nice and no shortage of jennifer lopez movies to keep you entertained.

Had a great experience here! They were able to fit me in last minute on a busy Saturday. Lina and Vivi were friendly and did a great job.Will definitely be back && highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here since last year and I can say the staff here is so welcoming and will always leave you satisfied! They are always willing to try new designs and leave all decisions to you! Lina is usually the one who does my nails and she always does a fantastic job, but the other ladies who work here are also very talented! Super friendly atmosphere and they take covid precautions very seriously which is so nice and makes all of their guests feel safe!Barbie Nail Spa has definitely become my go to nail spot!!

I am going to say that it wasn't bad! But it was just different. The way I have experienced Pedicures, it is much different here. Seems like I can't explain in better words. I would rather do it with my go-to place. Manicure was good. People here were brilliant. Very kind and professional.

My friends and I made Gel nails at their salon. They were very professional and friendly, and they did a very good job in disinfection in the store! The cost performance is also very high. It is a very pleasant experience for me and my friends. I will always come to their house in the future
