TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I went to this location for the first time.The customer service manager ANNA FELLIN there was rude and she was not willing to help and understand my point of view. I waited in line for 20 min first of all and she kept on looking that there were 5 or 6 customers waiting in line but didn't come forward to service us that you mostly see in other TD branch locations which is still acceptable to me considering the fact the she was too lazy to get off of her seat in morning . Anyways after that I gave my regular pay cheque to the teller. This was the regular pay cheque I deposit every month for the past 5 years.The amount on this cheque was $6100 roughly. After some time that customer service manager Anna came in and told me that she cannot clear the entire cheque .I told her I have several payments pending that I need to pay from this account as well as my other accounts and that I have this business account with TD for over 5 years and every time I come in I deposit the cheque from the same vendor and get my cheque cleared right away but she was persistent that since I cant see the previous cheque details in her system so she cant allow me full access to the funds and I told her last month I deposited a cheque of roughly $5500 and it was also cleared by the manager after looking my history right away and that should be ample proof for you so why cant you do it but she was persistent that your withdrawal credit limit is only $2000 so I could only allow you 2k or max of may be 3k.I asked her to give me the cheque back and I will get it done at another location which I ended up doing. It wasted my time .Poor customer service and she does not deserve to be working as a manager where she cannot understand the needs of her customers that have a proven brank record.

The teller i dealt with my last visit to this branch was so rude and disrespectful to me. I had to pay some of my mothers bills as although she has passed away there are still monthly payments to be made. This teller explains to me in a very condescending tone that it’s been 3 months since she died, these matters should be resolved already. You better call the estate department or else you won’t be able to pay her bills for much longer. I was so upset upon leaving the bank i got in my car and had a panic attack. Thanks for nothing. I avoid this branch now and go well out my way to a different one.

Poor service! In general, they have unfriendly tellers. On top of it, they speak to each other and crack jokes while customers are being served.One incident that comes to my mind is the following. I had to transfer a lump sum to my lawyer's trust and they gave me a hard time despite verifying all my documents.Keep in mind I'm a minority and they were clearly discriminating and not believing that it was my account and i had money on it. The bank manager was someone named Natalia or Natascha and she treated me poorly.I understand they would like to validate all info and that's fine. However, i had to beg them to transfer my own money to my lawyer! Excuse me?? Can you believe it? I was looking around and all other clients / customers were staring at me. Do you know how that feels?For a fraction of a second, I must admit, I wished i wasn't a minority in this world! Anyway, it is what it is!Look, this happened a few years ago and I'm not asking you to not go to the branch. Things may have changed. Just wanted to get this off my chest as i had some time on my hands to write this.

When you are at this branch, look for Andrei Uretii. He has been helping me with mortgage, resp, investing... he is your one stop shop... the best I've ever dealt. Always has smile on his face and I highly recommend him!

Been using TD for 15 years , this branch for 10 years , had my wallet stolen a while back from my car , when I went to cancel my cards , one of the tellers over heard what happened to me and to my surprise she lives down the street from me ! She handed me all my cards (except the my credit cards , later I found out that they were used ) she found my wallet and it’s contents all over her lawn , she brought them with her to the bank just in case she will see me there ! Amazing help ... there are good people out there and faith in humanity is definitely restored for me :)

Horrible customer service, this location is very judgmental & also the higher up are the same as well , they do NOT listen to you at all ! Waited 40 mins to get a pin reset & had all proper ID & still was treated very poorly! I will NOT recommend this location at all , go to a other location other wise you will regret it ! I will NOT be returning to this location, all the staff needs to be retrain over again , they definitely do NOT know how to talk to anyone with respect at all !

The most rude and unprofessional service I received, mainly from the manager. She was unnecessarily rude when asking questions regarding my card and seemed suspicious about each and everything. She kept on interrupting the teller even though he was providing the information I asked for and enforced her convenience over mine. Guys go to any branch but this.

I have always had a terrible experience with this branch. The worst of them was when I visited the branch to withdraw money as a first time home buyer's plan (HBP) , where I met a lady and I filled all the forms which were required to do the work and I was told that the money would be in my account in 3 to 5 business days. After a week of nothing happening, I visited the branch and I was told that no only no application was submitted as HBP plan but also all of the documents that I had submitted were lost and an nobody knew were the documents were!!! The branch has very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help employees. I'll never ever visit this branch again.

Unfortunately everytime there's an issue here at this branch. Staff are mostly rude and what seems to be purposefully delaying everything. I often see frustrated customers here. Never coming back
