Great experience here. Had a tricky piece of clothing I needed adjusted to my size (I was skeptical that anything could be done without ruining part of the piece) and the tailor here communicated with me the whole way through, explaining what would work and what wouldn’t. Really appreciated her transparency and honesty throughout. In the end, she thought of the best possible solution and communicated it to make sure I was okay with it. The result was perfect…exactly what I wanted. I didn’t think it would work as well as it did but NC is GOOOD at what they do. Super happy.

I went to NC to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. She was extremely fast to respond to my email and a pleasure to deal with. The dress was ready in 2 weeks and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the final result and would use NC again!

Excellent service!! I reached out to NC Alterations for a quote and availability. I got a response the same day and was able to get in the following day for two wide leg jeans that needed hemming. I was hoping to have them done for the weekend and even though it was short notice, I dropped them off on Monday and Thursday they were ready to be picked up! I was looking for an alteration service here in Maple Ridge and came across NC's Alterations. I sent them a message about needing to add length to a pair of jeans that were hemmed to short. I got a very quick response and was able to bring the pants in the next day. NC was very polite, professional and cared a lot about the quality of work that needed to be done and made sure I was going to be happy with the outcome. The work was completed within 24 hours and I must say I was very happy with how it turned out. This one is simple for me. The location was a bit out of the way but I got better completed service than expected, at half the expected time (2 days), and for a good price. For about 15% of the value of each of the two golf pants, I can now wear each...seamlessly ;). By the way, both pants required a waist reduction of about 2 inches. The finished work shows no signs of alteration and fits well.

NC did an amazing job. I had two pairs of jeans and two pairs of shorts that needed to be made smaller at the waist. I also made a special request to make them elastic at the waist and she worked together with me to arrive at the best solution and get the measurements just right. NC is very kind and her workspace is so clean and organized. I always feel very taken care of when I go!

I would highly recommend going to NC! She did my dress so quick knowing I was cutting close for my sisters wedding! It looks really good and I love it! She is so kind and sweet as well. 10/10 would recommend going to her for all your alteration needs
