Dentistry at Markville

Relaxing visit to the dentist! Everyone-Dental assistant, Hygienist & Dentist- were so friendly and gentle! Gave me info on how to maintain strong healthy teeth which is also nice.

After years of patronising this Office, I have found Dr Amelia Woo to be highly qualified, very experienced and also very compassionate........the latter quality important when one considers what a visit to a Dentist's office conjures up!And the staff are competent and helpful.Overall, highly recommended.

Very impressed with the service provided this year. My schedule is normally quite hectic but with the reminders at the appropriate times was able to be on time for all the appointments.All the staff, from those at the front desk, the hygienist, the dentist and the other professionals were quite friendly and caring. My kids felt extremely comfortable being there. My son and myself had three visits each and my daughter one, on all occasions were provided with excellent service.

I can’t speak to their dental services but I just wanted to say thank you to the lady at the front desk who helped me remove a metal sliver from my finger when I came from a nearby store looking for a first aid kit. All I was looking for was a pair of tweezers but you went above and beyond <3 Thanks again for your kindness.

Dr. Derby Wong is an excellent dentist. He's also kind and patient, explaining in detail what is wrong and what needs to be done to rectify any problems that might exist. From the reception staff, to the dental hygienist and in between, his staff is uniformly competent, kind and friendly. As hard as it is to believe, I enjoy my visits. I would highly recommend him.

I am a new patient at dentistry at Markville, the dentist that I see is Doctor Sarah, and I must say out of all of my dental experiences in my life this has been by far the mostPleasant dental experience. Dr. Sara is extremely gentle very informative. They do what is in the best interest of the patient. I also had my cleaning done with their hygienist Lorraine who I must say is one of the most gentle hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth. But wehat made my visit the most memorable is there an amazing front desk team. Their treatment coordinator and their entire administrative team is so pleasant welcoming kind and caring and makes your dental experience amazing. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to this dental office. They are conveniently located, they bill your insurance directly for you, and their overall dentist service is amazing!!! 5 stars all the way!!!S.N
