I wish, I could give 0 star, very poor services, I have requested to move my investment from other bank to BMO. Ann Sewak and Ryan Anaka was handling it and it has been 3 months, no progress and they never get back to me, very much disappointed and poor customer service

The manager Jennifer Cartina takes a very condescending approach in her management approach; so if she is the one that will be calling back on the bank's behalf, then it is hopeless, since she is the problem.They have no respect for people's time. Seem judgemental and somewhat racist.Not curtious or friendly.Not customer focused.That manager is very vindictive and goes above and beyond to be spiteful in proving her point.Terrible customer services.

I don’t recommend this branch to any BMO customer. So far I’ve had the worst experience with this specific branch. I am a BMO customer of 17 years and I have never encountered any issue until now. I moved to Brampton, so I had to find a branch closer to home. I went to this branch for the first time to deal with a dispute. I was issued a temporary card and was told by the teller that I would receive a card in the mail.A few days later, the Assistant Manager called me. During our call she didn’t allow me to speak, speaking over me while I was trying to ask questions to understand the matter. She explained that she is only able to do half a reimbursement of unauthorized transactions on the account and that it’s impossible to stop future transactions from the company because the company can change the date or amount, making these transactions possible. She advised me to keep an eye on the account. I have no issue watching my account, as I do, but how inconvenient would it be to find these transactions and always having to go to a branch to file a dispute?! I ended the call feeling anxious and doubting her ability to deal with the issue. That same day, I called the BMO customer service line, in which I am glad I did because they were able to do more than what she was explaining over the phone. They did a full reimbursement of unauthorized transactions on the account and stopped any future transactions from the unauthorized company.It has been a week and the card has not arrived in the mail. My temporary card does not work for online banking after multiple attempts to register the card for online banking, so I called customer service. The agent told me that the temporary card issued was not activated for online banking and that I would have to go to a branch to activate the card or have a new card mailed out to me. Lack of attention from the teller.I hope they acknowledge this feedback and train their staff. I am a happy customer of BMO but believe me this branch was going to be the reason for switching over to a different bank.

I reviewed the manager (Jennifer Cartina) on my last visit and instead of taking the critique as constructive, she put loads of comments on my file. In other words, similar to blacklisting someone.Brought in a certified cheque to cash, another manager, I forgot to get her name, will update her name later. She explained that she needed to varify the cheque, which I understand is protocol. She later came back telling telling me she called the location and they are unable to varify because they are having system issues.Because of the urgency of needling to pay some pressing bills, in front of her, I called TD, they picked up and confirm she wasn't telling the truth that they did in fact varify the cheque. she still insisted that she spoke to a staff there with the first name starting with the letter M who couldn't access the system.The td lady told her to call back as she couldn't participate in the conversation through the third party and ended the call.The bmo manager proceeded to say, that I had a previous runnings with the other manager Jenifer" and that she left notes in the system to put my cheques on hold as I do not give them enough time and want things done on my time. Then she said that she should be holding my "certified cheque that I brought along with the receipt for 7 days" but she is willing to reduce it to 3; completely ignoring the fact that I told her how important it was to pay these bills.Cooperate BMO

Terrible service, understaffed, extremely long lineups. COVID is a lame excuse in 2023. 2 staff members working on a Friday afternoon. Zero care for their customers. Attitude from tellers, time to move my funds to an institution that cares about their customers.

Is anyone from BMO CORPORATE ACTUALLY READING THESE REVIEWS?The future relationships this bank has w customers will be in peril for as long as this manager (Jennifer Cartina )is able to oversee customer relations.She is rude to senior citizen clients, unfriendly and has no respect for anyone’s time.It is clear that she knows someone higher up in the BMO CORPORATE CHAIN which has provided her with such job security despite her terrible complaints.Very unprofessional on bmo corporate / bmo digital care team.
