Nice idea, I used them several times, work is inconsistent. Depending who comes, work can be good or not. Lately I been complaining to much so I decided not to use them anymore.Last couple of times, I had my front gate damage and inconsistent work on my lawn.Some people clean up after they are done, today for example that wasn’t the case.Also I had a few times, pretty good work done.

We had a spectacular experience using this service for the first time for snow removal. All of the snow was removed from the entire driveway and walkway, and even the ice underneath the snow was scraped. The before and after photos you receive are also a nice touch. We’ll definitely be using this service again!

On The Step provides excellent service, the app is easy to use, I don’t have to wait for my snow to be removed …this is my second winter using them. I’d deterred to an “independent contractor” for a brief time this winter and it was a lesson learned. Thank you Logan!

My stepper, Ethan, did an amazing job today. My backyard was very overgrown and, in the humidity, he finished everything beautifully and then some.I’ve never had a negative experience with On The Step, both with snow removal and grass cutting.

I first started using On The Step after seeing an article on the news back in 2019. Not long after there was a heavy snowfall. Too much for me to handle. So I decided to try this new app. Within 30 minutes of putting in my request they were here shovelling. They did an excellent job. They even shovelled right to the street. Not something I requested, but sure did appreciate. Thanks to On The Step I don’t have to depend on friends or family to dig me out when I need it. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend using their services. You will not regret it.

I requested to have snow removal done after we had a huge snowfall. OnTheStep provided quick , efficient service. With the app you can track when your job will be done. Friendly, courteous workers who showed up to do the job. Andrew did an amazing job of clearing a lot of snow in my yard!! I highly recommend this company for any snow removal you may need to have done. Also very affordable!
