Excalibur Electric

We engaged the services of Excalibur Electric to install a new backup generator for our home. At their suggestion, we also upgraded our old breaker panels at the same time. We have been absolutely impressed with the entire team and their work. The job was done in a couple of phases as other contractors (gas team, BC Hydro crews, concrete pad team) needed to be accommodated. The whole project went so very smoothly and the quote given at the beginning was the price we paid. Lance and his team all work very hard, are reliable and trustworthy, super friendly and professional. Everything was left neater than when they started and they did a lovely job on naming all the breakers on our new panel. I would hire them again without a doubt and do highly recommend this company. We had a power outage this week so we were able to see how the new Generac behaved - it was perfect. Thank you Excalibur Team for the great experience - we love you all!

We had new copiers delivered to Sue's Copy Place last Friday & we discovered the plugs didn't fit the new copiers. The installer had driven from Vancouver & so we were in panic mode. The guys from Excalibur were at our shop in 45 minutes, after finishing a job Maple Ridge. They changed the plugs in record time and at a very reasonable price. They were extremely courteous & professional. I would highly recommend Excalibur Electric.

Westin Henderson and team were on time. They gave us a quote prior to doing the repairs and installation of fixture, so there were no hidden costs. They were very polite, answered all my questions and we were extremely happy with the result.We are happy customers and would highly recommend.

They installed my new panel three years ago... No issues since and problem free. This morning had a power failure and then though they were busy they arranged my power to be looked at. Ended up being a hydro problem and call was free of charge. Thanks Excalibur.

I was looking for a Generac generator for my RV,and had called to see if they had it in stock, unfortunately had to get it shipped in but what impressed me was that I saw one in Langley...or thought it was Langley lol,and he was there and went in and checked it out for me,not in stock but to provide a service like that is in my opinion is unheard of in most of today's world, I am recommending them to friends that's for sure,thanks Lance and true to my word will service your Overhead doors for helping me out.

Our business today had a partial power outage, so we called Excalibur Electric to see if they can come by and resolve the issue. There was an ongoing snowstorm and the roads were very slippery outside so we were expecting them to be very late or not come at all, however, Lance showed up within minutes and fixed the problem very quickly. He explained the problem to us and had all the supplies necessary to fix the issue on the spot. Lance was able to help us very quickly so that our restaurant can get right back on track! We will definitely revisit them if we have any other electrical issues!! Amazing first experience and I highly recommend Excalibur Electric for everyone!!!

Excalibur Electric Ltd. Provides excellent service. They are fully certified by Generac to install, support, service and repair their generators. Lance saved a nasty situation with our generator which another company had installed. When hydro failed and the generator cut in, the transfer switch burst into flames because a test lever had mistakenly been left installed. I called Excalibur and Lance immediately came over, cut the power, ensured nothing was burning and prevented further damage.More recently Excalibur sent over Lucas to service our generator and did so very quickly by fitting us into a cancellation that came up. They are easy and very pleasant to work with and provide excellant, fairly priced service. 5 stars!

I am so thankful to Lance for coming out today to help our neighbour research a backup generator. Lance was incredibly thorough and detailed in walking through the process and what is required - and provided a quote on the spot. Lance took his time in explaining every aspect of the requirements and the install requirements and made it a very simple process.
