I can confidently say that my dog absolutely adores this hospital. He always bounds in with such enthusiasm, and even when we're just passing by, he insists on stopping by to say hello. Not only are the prices incredibly fair, but the customer service is outstanding as well.A special shoutout goes to the fantastic staff, especially Shae. Yoda simply loves everyone there, but he seems to have a particular soft spot for Shae. Thank you for taking such great care of our furry friend!

Amazing treatment of my kitten as well as me. They answered all my questions and took such good care of my kitten, and tried their best to save her life. they treated her so well while she was there & truly cared about her, even taking cute photos to show me when i picked her up. They were completely up front about how much everything will cost & not trying to take any extra money from me. It’s now going to be my permanent vet office. Truly can’t thank them enough for everything.

Awesome , they help me with the passing of my cat Socks.I got hurt at work had no money for to cremation so they gave me a number to call I called it Paws called me back and said that they will cover it all.they pick up Socks had his ashes back to me buy falling Tuesday. That is awesome service for my Pet.Thank You All at (PAWS)

Took my newly adopted German Shepherd there for his vaccinations. The vet was patient in explaining all the shots in detail. I want to give the nurses a special shout-out for their help in getting the dog off the car, into the clinic and back into the car as he was very scared being a newly adopted. Great bunch of people and deserve a 5 star no doubt.

Love this place. Checked them out because our we were dissatisfied with our previous vet (both communication and missed diagnoses), and when we got a puppy, we thought we would check them out.Staff are wonderful, really going the extra mile to remember you. Prices are reasonable and the doctor had good information. We'll be moving our other dog and cat here too.We signed up for the $10 cat nail trim on wednesdays, but had to cancel because our pup plays with our cat and we need her to be able to tell him to stop, but once everyone's settled down, we will definitely be Wednesday regulars.

Awful staff communication and failed process when provided a 30 day policy through Trupanion. I was not able to get coverage for my cat despite their exam day offer.I called Trupanion multiple times since June 17th and Hume Park Animal Hospital's office, and was told that it's a portal error" (don't get me started on Trupanion's 1 star review.)Furthermore

We've been going to Hume Park vet ever since they opened in 2021 and have never had a negative experience. My girls are pretty nervous, and one of them is very anxious, and all the love and care the staff shows to them is greatly appreciated ❤️ Definitely recommend this animal hospital!Also worth noting the clinic is ALWAYS clean. It's amazing!

Our puggle is 8 years old and super anxious. He has lots of recurrent paw issues that no other vet has ever been able to really sort out. The vet spent so much time explaining what could be going on and a number of different approaches. Was not quick to prescribe anything, and didn’t try to run a million tests. The staff were all super good with our anxious boy, I was impressed! After trying a few other vets in new west, this is by far my favourite.

They took excellent care of our boi Noodle when he had to stay overnight for emergency care. We were so happy with their care and attention to him that we switched vets! We Iove having a local vet in our neighborhood that we can rely on. Great new member of the Sapperton community.
