Wanted to share our experience with Richard and his team at LandArt.We had a backyard project completed October 2021. The process was easy and stress free from beginning to end.Throughout the process, LandArt kept us informed on every detail of the project, they frequently asked questions and gave fantastic suggestions to improve the overall plan. They are a wonderful group of professionals, very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating.We are very pleased with the result of this project and certainly would recommend LandArt to people that are interested in quality and lasting impression.

LandArt took our property from overgrown weedy mess to an absolute retreat. This was a massive project and their level of professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. There were a couple of things that were damaged during the de-construction phase but LandArt pointed them out before we could notice and replaced a section of our eaves trough as well as a board on our deck. Mistakes are bound to occur and are expected but it was their reaction and action that spoke volumes about the ownership this company prides itself on.I have recommended LandArt to family who are going through the design phase right now and will continue to recommend them. People slow down and stop to look at our property as it is so unique and captures everything we wanted. They truly live up to their name: Land Art.The crew were simply amazing to work with. They showed attention to detail at every single step of the project. Each day they showed up clean and professionally dressed with smiles on their faces at 7am and some evenings not leaving the property until 6:30pm- still professionally dressed albeit much, much dirtier displaying the hard work they completed that day but with those same smiles on their faces.So impressed. Richard and his team are exceptional! Every aspect of our backyard project were very well managed and executed- from help with ideas (both practical and functional)to making sure everything went to plan (timeline and budget). My husband and I were extremely impressed with the LandArt Team! Before this project was complete we knew we would contact LandArt to work on our next project.

In March 2021 we approached LandArt" Richard Wynia and his team to design and implement a landscape plan for our rural farm property in Fenwick. From the beginning it was very clear that this company was committed to excellent customer service and quality of product; all the various aspects that are required to create a unique landscaping project.We had several teams including the design staff Debbie and Devon who created a beautiful plan and were very open to any requested changes or ideas. Ian and his team Frank and Joel worked tirelessly building a lovely flagstone patio and walkway plus an amazing retaining wall with large moss covered stones that look like they existed on the property for years.They also constructed four large raised vegetable beds that we will enjoy for years to come. Project Date: October 2020Just wanted to share our experience with Rich and his team at Landart.We did a full backyard rebuild in 2020. We started our design process with Rich and Devon in May of 2020 and it was a fun and exciting process. We made several changes over the design phase and they were always open to our ideas and we were open to theirs. In the end, together, we created the perfect plan. Next step, implementation of the plan. Each day Rich's crew was on time and worked steady through each piece of the design. From Dave and his carpentry crew building our new extensive deck complete with outdoor kitchen, large eating area, beautiful large steps down to our patio, a bridge joining one side of our backyard to the other, a sunken hot tub with full access to hot tub equipment, our gorgeous pergola to our separate cabana. Amazing!!!! Landart uses only the best materials every step of the way to ensure years and years of stability and a great look. Then we move down to the extensive patio including firepit area, pool lounge seating area with gorgeous stone steps down to our cabana, which consists of part change house to part pool equipment room. Nick and his masonry team installed stone around our new inground pool which is beautiful and exceeded our expectations of how much stone can change a look around a pool. Nick and his masonry team also installed stone countertops in our outdoor kitchen which everyone raves about. Rich subcontracted Dream Pools and Stirling, owner, also exceeded our expectations. Stirling's team was also always on time and delivered top notch work and service to us. Also using the very best in pool equipment options for us. Our pool is so easy to operate and they are always a text away with questions we have ( we are new pool owners). And our review would not be complete without talking about Debi, landscape designer and the landscape crew. We opted for artificial turf, and would never look back. Our gardens are perfect. With Debi's design skills and input, we selected a mix of evergreens and perennials so our gardens look spectacular all year round. Debi has also been a great help to me in teaching me the proper maintenance to keep our gardens perfect.We can not say enough about Landart, each and every member of Rich's team and would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of project. We recently worked with LandArt in the design and construction of a new back terrace, pergola and front steps, as well as the installation of trees and fencing. We are thrilled with the results. LandArt was professional, collaborative, excellent at communication, and responsive to our needs. We have a spacious backyard; however, it wasn’t very functional, as it sloped steeply downwards towards a forest area. Despite not having any ideas as to what we were going to do, we decided to hire Richard Wynia & the LandArt team to transform our backyard, as Richard’s experience, knowledge, and attention to detail were apparent even after our initial meeting. We told him how we would like to use the space & some vague descriptions of what we wanted to include in our backyard and from there, Richard & his team designed such an incredible transformation of the space that was both aesthetically pleasing & more importantly, functional!The scope of the transformation required significant leveling of the ground, installation of a retaining wall, building a freestanding pavilion, masonry work to build a stone BBQ grill-enclosed counter top, a stone seating bench & firepit, flagstone walkway, and porcelain tile deck. The quality of their workmanship is top notch because they transformed our unusable backyard to a gorgeous oasis! Our backyard is now simply stunning and very serene because of the LandArt’s talented team who executed our vision beautifully!Throughout the process, Richard & his team kept us informed on every detail of the project, they frequently asked us questions regarding our preferences and, with them being so knowledgeable, they gave us fantastic suggestions to improve our vision. We had frequent candid discussions to ensure that there were no surprises and that what they were doing matched our expectations and vision of the space. The LandArt team were all very flexible and accommodating to any last minute changes we had during the project. They would always arrive on time and worked extremely hard throughout the day. The LandArt team were very respectful to our property and before leaving each night, they cleaned up and left the work area well organized. We worked with LandArt on a major backyard redesign with new deck, outdoor kitchen, covered dining area and landscaping. The entire crew was incredibly professional. The work was completed approximately 3 weeks ahead of schedule and lasted almost 5 months. We are very happy with the project from initial design to the fine tuning, the entire team was top notch. I would recommend them with confidence.

From start to finish Rich and the LandArt team had everything under control. All involved were very professional and very passionate about giving us the best experience they could offer.Our project was a bit of a tricky one as the backyard landscape was primarily completed by a previous contractor in 2016. Rich and the team were called in to complete the final touches, accents, plantings and an the installation of an in-ground spa.Right from the start LandArt made the whole process easy and stress-free. From the initial consultation, to design, and finally to construction, all facets came together without a hitch. We couldn’t be more thrilled about the final outcome. LandArt is the best contractor we have ever dealt with. They show up to the job every day at 7am, and work straight until 5pm. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done with the highest quality is unmatched. In addition, they are diligent about maintaining the schedule and ensuring all of the sub trades and suppliers deliver on the schedule to keep the project moving.All of these things combined allowed for our project to be completed 5 days early and on budget.It was a great job all around that was executed by an amazing crew. We will definitely hire them again in the future!
