Over the last 5 years, we have called CIDCO for service and repairs on our homes.The work performed was done on time and at a fair price. The technician seemedto actually care about the situation. We would not hesitate to call him in the future.

Where do I begin? Had the owner of this company come to replace a blower motor in the furnace to fix our central air conditioning. He hooked it up wrong and blew our induction motor. Said he would fix it,which he did, but.....turned the heat on today to smell burning wiring and the furnace only blows cool air! Guess I'm calling someone who actually knows what they're doing to fix our furnace! I'd rather bite the bullet and pay someone else than let this guy back into our home, let alone touch our furnace. Our new furnace technician told me the induction motor didn't look new to him at all. I'm assuming it was never replaced at all, or a used one was installed! Very disappointed!!!

Brian is an extraordinary person with excellent work ethic. He is honest reliable and very reasonable. He took on my 30 plus air conditioner (after I side swipe it with my vehicle) lol and did not stop until it was running perfect. It works better now then it ever did!! I had called several companies but he was the only one that promptly called me back. It was a Saturday and if it wasn't raining the mosquitos were biting. Brian continued to work very hard during the unpleasant conditions. It was such a pleasure to meet such a caring professional dedicated to his clients. I absolutly recommend Brian 10 stars. Will hear from me again :)

Replaced furnace and air conditioner To my satisfaction. I found workmanship and materials to be of a good quality and completed on time.

During one of their yearly cleanings, the Cidco serviceperson informed my 95 year old Grandmother that her furnace was leaking carbon monoxide from a probable crack in its base, and that she should replace the entire furnace quickly. Approx $4000,00 etc..Being in a large Peterborough family with many connections in many areas of trade, an independent company was contacted to test the furnace for this leak". This contractor also explained that if there was such a leak detected

We have used Cidco a number of times and have always had a high level of service and workmanship from them. In the last year we have had a new furnace installed, an aging air conditioner repaired, and most recently, a dishwasher replaced. We appreciated their commitment to doing an excellent job each and every time.
