Just picked up my item and it’s totally ruined, a favourite shirt that I got 3 years ago and can’t be replaced. Not sure what happened, it was supposed to be dry cleaned and the color is all faded. This gardment has been dry cleaned before, this was my first time using this location, what a mistake... first and last time.
