Owner is really professional and she cut my hair for over 20years.....as I use to live in neighborhood. Also price is more than fair and service is exceptional. Would high recommend for men's haircut.

Must've caught them on an off day.Had a men's hair cut. Service was friendly enough but the haircut seemed very rushed, dare I say careless. Borderline man-handling. The result did not look good and the lady who cut my hair seemed oblivious to it. While they gave me what I asked for literally, it was missing a certain level of finishing, or finesse/execution that I now realize I've taken for granted at other hair cut places - to which I visited immediately afterward to have the haircut completed.Revisit? Nah. I like to pay once for a haircut.

Always an affordable, quick, and reliable hair cut for women. She also took me in pretty close to the end of the day and still spent the time to ensure I was happy with my cut.

Took 9 minutes total to cut my hair. Was choppy and looked worse than when I walked in. Still charged me $23. Not going back.

I lived in the area for years, and it was only until I moved out to New Westminster that I started to come here, and I still make sure to drive out to go here. Some might say their haircut feels rushed, but I say quick, and I literally pay a quarter of the price I have in the past. Looks good too!

Fast service and resonable price for haircut

If you value your face, or even just decent customer service, I highly suggest to go elsewhere.DO NOT COME HERE.I went to Joanna about to get my eyebrows waxed before a big event .... SHE BURNED AND SCARRED MY FACE AND SCARRED. I looked awful for the event, and I had burn marks and scabs for months.I didn't go back for years .. but when I was desperate and around the area, I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GOING BACK ... this time for threading, so I thought it wouldn't be as bad ... she wouldn't be able to burn my face. Well, she ended up threading too hard and peeling my skin off and causing it to bleed. She literally had to get tissue to stop the blood, but when I confronted her she completely denied having done anything wrong?

Joanna’s I use to go here since early 2012s and I believ the daughter cuts my hair leanne, she always does a good job w cutting mens hair.They do womens hair , nails , mani/pedi cures not the best parking lot but they share with Pizza Hut. Nice people, good service salon .The prices seem very honest

Very decent prices and Joanna is a wonderful lady that does a whole range of cosmetic procedures, including hair...she is also a very sweet, positive person!
