Very pleasant people; not pushy; organized; well decorated store; good quality items. Not sure if they have elevator but would of helped immensely for my friend who broke her hip now uses a cane. Or move matress' couch etc to a main floor for the people who cant get around and elderly who are coming to purchase a postorpedic bed, or chair that lifts say. Just suggestion

Lots of quality items well displayed a beautiful store.There is a clearance section on the lower level with lots of really great finds!Staff are mostly friendly. It's been hit and miss for me. Pics I've added are from the clearance section.

The store itself is open fresh and always clean. The staff...they are the sweetest group you could ask for. They are helpful and careful listeners. The quality of the furniture is also top shelf! Their delivery staff are very respectful. I also love this stores commitment to the community around them. Highly Recommend!

I came in to take a look at some mattress and bed frame options. I was assisted by Brittany, who was friendly and knowledgeable. My mom looked at some living room furniture and dining room options, and felt the prices were better than some of the local competitors she had visited recently.There are many options available, and you can custom order bed frames in multiple wood stains and/or fabrics.We will be returning to pick out the perfect one this weekend, I hope.Ask for Brittany. She's great!

Worst customer service. I purchased a make to order mattress from this store which had a lead time of 4 weeks. After receiving an email from the staff that the product is ready for pickup I travelled all the way from Toronto to St. Jacobs to hear that the staff couldn't see any mattress ready under my name. She was rude and not ready to help. I went to another level of the store and saw a staff member who was present when I placed an order. He helped me find my product and saved me from going back without the product. That lady needs training on coordination and should have some sense and courtesy to speak with the customers.

Purchased a sectional less than 2 years ago. It is completely ruined. Fabric is terrible. The cushions do not stay on the couch at all. I looks absolutely disgusting but I cannot afford a new couch since we paid a pretty price for this one. My husband emailed them pictures of the fabric and the reply we got was the price to replace the throw pillows ..... and they indicated to replace the cushions was more expensive but did not list the price. Hmmmm I wonder why?!?! Perhaps because they know themselves that the replacement cost would be ridiculous. I have already told multiple friends about our experience who happen to be in the market for furniture and needless to say, they will not be shopping here.

We picked this store expecting great quality products and service but in our experience they do not stand behind their products and the product quality does not align with the prices. We purchased two North American made chairs at this location. A bit more than a year later the frames came apart on both chairs in the same place making them unusable. I talked to the store and they said since they were out of warranty my only recourse was to pay to have them repaired. They were not inexpensive chairs and were not used very often so I would have expected many years of use out of these chairs. In this case we did not get what we paid for.

I went in just to 'look' for a recliner. I was greeted with a very friendly welcome, given directions to the recliners. Another pleasant greeting was extended my way and I was given helpful information which helped me make an informed decision. Came away feeling very good and am so glad that I found the right recliner for me.
