Tried to get brake calipers through this Kia dealership vs getting them online. The 3 caliper options came in each at $1000+ more than online. They also required my VIN number just to narrow it down to one. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking for parts, run the other way!!Updated response:Thank you for your reply. Although I somewhat understand the need for a VIN, many other part distributors do not require this to ensure accuracy of a part. I ordered the calipers online using the make model / engine. The parts department was very aware that this was the parts cost only as I questioned why there was such a gap. I got the overall feeling that Listowel Kia was not interested in selling me a part, but instead tries to steer you to getting the service done. Sorry, but I am calling you out on this one.
