Ellix Gestion Condo

I have had numerous issues with Ellix ignoring requests for updates relating to damages caused to my apartment within our condo building. I have found it extremely frustrating dealing with them. When your property damages have been the result of the condo, you would expect the service provided by the property management company should be proactive and helpful, not unprofessional and one of utter avoidance.They are being paid to provide a service after all!Ellix - I would not consider 7+ months with a kicked in door, and still no date advised for a replacement, a timely response!

Feel like they did nothing, except sending out emails to the co-owners. And you can't reach them on weekends as if they only work Monday to Friday. But this is to manage residential building, it is not only weekday issue, you can have issue all the time. They always say that they are not responsible for this and that, and they are never willing to guide the right solution.

Ellix has been managing our building 4 years now and their services is awesome. Yuna, in particular is a great property manager, she is super responsive and very friendly. If I had to recommend a property management company, I would not hesitate to recommend Ellix's services.

Had a meeting with Guillaume from Ellix property management today just to go over an issue I’ve been having with my condo door. Guillaume took the time to explain the process and who is ultimately responsible to rectify the problem.I appreciated the time and the explanation that Guillaume put forth and I personally learnt something today that I was not aware of.Thanks GuillaumeRobert

I dont know where they hire their managers from... but my entire Condo building complains how unhappy we are with Ellix. Specifically cause their managers are rude. Jack is the manager of our building now . He talks to people as if they are children, he responds to email rudely with sarcasm and passive aggressive. He is always talking over people and pretends he knows best cause he has managed buildings in Iles des Soeurs... he sounds like he hates his job. We don't understand why he is in customer service if you can't stand people coming to you for service. Very arrogant. Do not recommend at all. They don't even have a ticketing system to keep track. You have to email them for issues and hope you get a response or maybe they forget.. often times I have to follow up on my own requests and after many times I finally get a none sense response. If the owner of this company truly cares they would have made changes. I offered to share my feedback and examples of bad situations to the director but no one cared to listen. The condo owners are always at fault and they are always right.

Spoke to a man on the phone. I was charged close to a couple of hundred dollars for a plumber who came to give a quick estimate in the kitchen.Getting straight to the point, the plumber looked over the system for less than 5 mins and left. When I called to inquire about the bill, the man on the phone was quite rude and unprofessional. I was asking for an explanation for being charged 1.5 hours as shown on the bill when the plumber was there for less than 5 min. The guys went on to ramble on about how there is admin charge, travel charge for the plumber, gas, truck charge, and on and on.But for being a consumer, there is no way to know any of that if it does not explain on the bill.
