Hired Scott to clean the moss and algae off the roof. He is able to do the work without me being home. Offers a 2 year warranty of his work and moss not coming back which is better than all other companies out there. Definitely recommend calling him if your roof needs cleaning.

The owner, Scott, was very kind and professional to deal with from the very beginning. He was fast at getting back to me with my free quote and provided great service getting the job done right. I was extremely satisfied with the work they completed for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roofs, gutters or siding cleaned and maintained.

I'm incredibly pleased with Scott's work on our gutters. He was prompt and courteous, gave me information about the condition of the gutters I was entirely unaware of and corrected several minor issues that were adding up to one great big waterfall off the back of our house every time it rained. I had several opportunities to communicate with Scott and Chandra because the first time I booked a gutter cleaning we had a decent cold snap and our clogged gutters froze solid so we had to reschedule and coordinate with the expected change in weather. I was very impressed with the clear, concise, and responsive emails and calls I received from them. I will absolutely be recommending their services to my friends and neighbours. I do not recommend Alpine Valley Property Services. While Scott did go out of his way to get the job done for what he quoted and I give him credit for being on time and following up during the periods of bad weather in the end if the gutters overflow and there is still moss/debris on the roof he has to get a one star ☹ Poor job and now I will need to get in a professional to complete the work.
