Bulk Food Box

I have really enjoyed the products that I have purchased from Bulk food box. They have been great at replying in a timely manor when I have questions. To my door delivery is awesome! I do plan to continue to purchase some of my groceries from these guys.

We have been enjoying Bulk Food Box since we moved to the area 5 months ago. The service has been great. When we had a minor issue it was resolved right away with prompt and friendly service.

I really like this new service. It's not bulk food like you would think. It's more like a wholesale buying option where you get a case of 12 bags of chips or case of frozen heat and serve meal. The best part is the flavor options. They have every flavor of clif bars or Amy's Bowls. My biggest criticism would be that they don't have the nutritional information for each product. Many people with special diets shop by reading the nutritional info and I had to have a separate browser open to search for that info. It's a new service though so hopefully that info will arrive in a later update!Great option overall for families or anyone looking to support a local company over a big box retailer. Prices are definitely competitive but it's the variety of flavors that sets them apart and the fact that you don't have to battle Costco parking lot and line ups!!!

Great prices AND amazing selection. I get tired of the limited selection at the big bulk store. Here I can get any type of Cliff Bar, eco laundry detergent, nut butter, soups and everything in between.It's set up like a buying club where instead of getting bulk packages I get an entire case of the items I want.I have ordered three times and am loving the service! Comes right to my door which is an added bonus

As much as we love The Organic Box, and the products that we order from Bulk Food Box, there are too many errors regarding delivery. On more than 1 occasion our order has not arrived when it was supposed to, which almost always leads us to have to call and sort out the problem.We will (and hope in the future) to give Bulk Food Box a better rating, but unfortunately, the issues have not improved with delivery despite numerous complaints.UPDATE: Unfortunately, we had to lower our rating from 2 to 1 stars due to a recent experience. We ordered a plethora of frozen items from Bulk Food Box (over half of our order was frozen items). They were shipped to our home in the morning around 9AM in a mini van (not a refridgerated van) and did not arrive to our home until 4:30PM. Our frozen items spent 7.5 hours in a non-refridgerated mini van. By the time our frozen items arrived, the majority of items were completely defrosted, or half way defrosted. Some of these items were high risk foods (ie. cut produce, or products with egg). This is completely unsafe and breached our trust in the company. We no longer can trust that the food is being handled with care in the warehouse and in shipping.When I called to deal with this matter, the regional manager was very easy to deal with. He advised we could re-order the items, or receive a refund. We opted for a refund, with no further terms and conditions. We would dispose of the unsafe food. However, I later received a surprise email, that Bulk Box wanted us to store the food for 4 days and Bulk Box would then pick it up at our convenience. Absolutely un-appropriate. While we did receive a refund, we were not compensated for our time in un-packing, spending time on the phone with Bulk Box, and re-packaging the foods for their pick up. Absolutely unacceptable and we will not be returning as customers.

Great prices for great products! Nice to buy in bulk and stock up on some Canadian quality food so its always on hand for my family.

Case of cans included unseen dented cans in the middle of the case which were not apparent till I used some of the visible cans on the perimeter. I did my best to address the issue with their customer service, but they did not help me in their responses. I was pretty surprised by this actually, usually customer service departments are much more customer-focused these days.

I bought some products from them to resell as they said that they're a wholesaler and could provide an invoice. However, they couldn't provide a proper invoice but downloaded a sample from the internet and revised it. As a result, I couldn't resell the products that I purchased from them. So I contacted them for return but they said that they didn't accept any return. I believe that they were lying about being a wholesaler just to sell their products.The WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. I'll never buy from them again.Fortunately, I just placed a small order to test it out.DON'T EVERY BUY FROM THEM!

Great new service and option to support a local company over a big box chain store. I love that you can get any flavour of my favourites instead of the two or three flavours you would find at Costco!
