KAOS Music Centre - Musical Instruments and Music Lessons

Jay and Lou are always a pleasure and so easy to deal with. Had my acoustic guitar strings and action changed and it plays better now than when it was new.I highly recommend Kaos not only for their services but they have an excellent inventory on all things musical.

Purchased an aux cable and some guitar cleaning supplies on their website for delivery. One of the bottles of cleaner was listed as out of stock so I expected the order would be delayed while waiting for it to restock. They messaged me very quickly to ask if I would be ok if they replaced the item with a nearly identical one. That would have been great, but even better, they messaged me again a short time later to say they had the original item and would send the complete order out right away. It arrived very quickly and carefully packaged. Great experience overall and the effort and open communication to get the order out quickly was very appreciated.

I recently had the experience of dealing with KAOS Music Centre and, from the beginning to the end, I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lou and he was extremely helpful. I had KAOS order a G&L guitar for me - Lou was very communicative and also very upfront about all of the timelines involved in the process (I appreciated this a lot!). Anyhow, although I do not live in Toronto, it was great to deal with KAOS and I'd have no hesitation about buying from them again in the future.As an aside, the KAOS demos and videos all seem to give me GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome)!

I had a great experience getting my acoustic guitar here! I was looking for something that would get me back into playing as a beginner, and was not upsold on anything - in fact, I was recommended something slightly cheaper than my initial pick, since it was a much better fit for me. Seems like they're run by friendly and honest folks.

I wide selection of instruments and brands. Knowledgeable with a good guitar tech. Good teachers.

I've been a long time customer of some fifteen years- the staff, Bill, Jay, Lou and Ryan- are always very helpful and have offered good and honest advice to me- there's a sense of community to the store, doesn't feel like you're just a customer" or a "number"

I called and talked to Lou about my guitar and described the crack/damage. He was super friendly on the phone and encouraged me to swing by the store to further assess it. I was so encouraged by him I went in immediately. He was warm and engaging immediately, despite attending to someone else. He reassured me it was cosmetic and got some glue and taped it. I happily offered to pay him but he said it was on the house. He doesn’t know this but I’ve bought 3 guitars from this store over the years including this one. With his lovely disposition and kindness alone, it reinforces what a great place it continues to be. I wanted to take time to thank him again with making the time to write this review because he truly made my day and my husband who thinks he’s gonna be Eddie V when he starts learning how to play! I told my husband about how funny Lou (my new friend lol) was and that he tuned it and started to strum a PJ song. We all need to have a Lou in our life! Thxs again!
