They come out the gate playing a good game, get you anything you want for a fantastic price. Then about 4 orders in they suddenly stop responding to emails, start making promises then not keeping them. Promises and promises, will be looking elsewhere for my stationary and office supplies. This has happened at 2 companies I've worked for now where they just suddenly stop responding. Professionalism at its best.

I wish there were 6 stars. This company is outstanding. The service, the pricing, the selection, the delivery turnaround... I have been impressed at every turn. They are also delightful people!Regardless of whether I'm ordering 4 notebooks or a whole pile of supplies (and during the pandemic when I wasn't ordering much at all for the office) their unwavering amazing service never failed to impress!Having used the 'other' guys (pretty much every other provider available) I can honestly say I would NEVER go back.I'm a fan and my only regret is not finding them sooner!Give them the chance to wow you!

Aaron always gives me great advice. For a company that does not order as much as one would think, they still make me feel like a VIP. Their website and the ease of ordering is 2nd to none. Never had anything on backorder and always delivered the next day.

This is such a wonderful company! The customer service has always been exemplary and their willingness to go the extra mile for their clients always blows me away. I've dealt with Aaron in sales, many times who has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only does he ensure that his clients are getting the best possible price for their office supplies, he also goes out of his way to make sure they're happy with the products and with the service. He is definitely setting high benchmarks for quality in this company!

For years we had been dealing with Staples just because we assumed it was the most economical and easiest to deal with. During the last recession we needed to get creative with our office budgeting. As we overcame the recession there was the need to hire more staff.Our furniture was becoming an embarrassment. Replacement seemed so overpriced. During our endeavours to source out cheaper alternatives we happened across RMCP. We were given such personal attention in just replacing bits and pieces and did find the pricing variations. But this was for the fact that RMCP spent so much time sourcing different vendors to obtain us what we needed for the cheapest price. In some cases they showed integrity in telling us that they could not beat a competitors price on one or two items.We have always found their staff respectful, courteous and always dedicated to providing us with the best quality items at the best price. They say they specialize in customer service". That is the last thing RMCP Office Supply Specializes in. They deliver products and invoice you for things you never ordered. When you return the product they keep forgetting to credit you back your money. Half my order is usually on back order. They change their prices constantly. When you notice the change they apologize but how often do I have the time to check every price on every order. It feels like they are always finding sneaky ways to make money off you."

I have been dealing with Aaron at RMCP. He truly cares about you and your business and with his company, I never worry about getting the best price since his company compares prices and always beats them. next day delivery regards of the size of order with no shipping / delivery fees. Thanks guys

This place is still open? I'm surprised. I have to wonder if it's still a revolving door for drivers there? There's quite a few things here that they buy from Staples and re-sell it, like the bottled water, or any item they can't get but magically find for a customer. When hired, drivers are told that after their 3 month probation they'll get a raise, but when they ask about said raise, are told Company isn't making enough money to give raises
