I see that multiple people have been saying the same thing about the Asian old lady with glasses. I experienced her customer service first hand. She needs to be fired at this point! Super rude Asian karen makes me hate this miniso so much. Why would management keep an employee with this type of attitude??

Asian lady with glasses was rude and disrespectful, I love the company but the customer service wow terrible, I wish I could give 0 stars. I hope she gets the proper training unacceptable!

I would totally give this location 0 stars if i could. Some old Asian lady with glasses is always SO GRUMPY. Whenever i visit this location, she is always talking so rudely and looking down on customers. Bad experience EVERY TIME.I really don't understand how she even has a job with that attitude. I never want to support this miniso store because of her involvement with this location. Old lady needs to get her act together. Typical moody Asian grandma.Super unpleasant experience and disappointing.

It had very cute stuff but the Asian women there was very rude and terrible customer service

never knew i’d make a compliant about this store until today … but today this one staff decided to charge me for a “free item” from a previous order. not to mention it was a final sale item so i can’t do anything about it. i am disappointed to say the least, i hope the staff improve their service somehow.outside of that, the store is nice. just please improve service

Please let me share my very sad experience about this store.My 2years old daughter really wanted this dinosaur figure in a egg.So I bought it and opened at home.She is too small to open and build it by her age so I did it just by myself.And I found out that the arms part of dinosaur puzzle are missing.I brought it to the store to exchange.I explained to the store manager about it and she told me' Probably Your kid lost it so I can't exchange.'I told her she even didn't touch it.Then she brought a new one from the shelf and opened it, and said, 'See?? This dinosaur has arms. So your kid lost the parts.'I was very sad that she blamed to my kid and made it my daughter's fault.I was tried to leave the store, then she stopped me and told me to pay for the toy she opened...I just got so shocked... that's my bad experience here.

Someone at this store had my daughter (14 year old) put back something she wanted because she would get a better deal in these surprise bags they have (it was also more money) (surprise bag). The bag had Xmas stuff in it and other stuff the store couldn't sell. This happened Saturday February the 5th. A 14 year old girl is not wanting to buy a Xmas count down calendar or ornaments in February or at all. I was told on Sunday the 6th I had to wait until Tuesday to talk to the manager. I go to the store on Tuesday and find out the person that did this was the manager.stormanager.

They're very good at selling puzzles with missing pieces to little kids, and refuse exchanges even though it's within the exchange window. The trash customer service of their manager perfectly reflects the trash they sell. They said if I want an exchange, I better call this number in China and make a complaint.

What a rude management. We bought and item that was damaged. We told them right away before living the store, and they said you should have checked before purchase! I told them this is not the way to threat a customer and their response was inappropriate.

I have an awful experience there, a Persian old lady works there since one year ago, so rude and impolite, dosen't answer and likes to make you uncomfortable about your shopping, lots of my friends dont go there recently, if u go there realize this store dosen't have client like before!!
