The best douhk (minty fizzy yogurt kinda drink) and the barley soup was tangy and tasty! More than a filling meal with just the soup. Going back again. I cannot get enough of the eggplant too. kashk bademjan is the bomb.

After the new management, this is the place to go. Mahrad and his team are one of the best hosts and best chefs in town hands down.Must try their koobideh and specialty olive. This is now my go to Persian restaurantWe have done takeout, delivery, and dine in and all are great.

To be short, OMG. As a Persian who loves Iranian dishes, Zeytoon has a great quality and taste. We asked for Tahdig which you should’ve try definitely, and they brought this with Gheymeh Stew. Also the Koobideh had the best quality. Our experience was fantastic, friendly staff and high respect from the owner, Mahrad. Definitely will come back. Zeytoon deserves 5/5

Walked in at 9:40pm not expecting to be served but the amazing waiter served us and brought us the most amazing kabab we’ve ever had. Like how could it be that good? No clue.We went in a group of 6 and all of us got impeccable food. If you want kabab and you’re choosing where to go this is where to go.

First of all my review is based on my visit to this restaurant 2 years ago. God knows why I forgot about it. But I will do best to recall my experience .Do you see the presentation of food? Too good to not try. Usually lamb shank has gravy in it but for some reason they served it on the side but the taste was great. Salad and picked reddish added those extra flavours . Vegetarian platter also have tons of grilled veggies and eggplant side dish served with rice.Persian tea is also served with unique sugar stick that I later bought from a Persian grocery store. Very appropriate amount of sugar can be added with it. Just stir it to ur taste.

First time experiencing Zeitoon restaurant, service and food wasn't bad but me personally like to feel the restaurant like home which wasn't at Zeitoon!

The dinner was ok.. the bill was over $100 for the 4 of us. Which I though was way too much for this restaurant and food not even organic or antibiotic free.. to smash some ground beef from Costco and charge $20 is just WRONG..Atmosphere: 4/10Food quality:6/10Service:9/10Wouldn’t recommend ordering any drinks as they pump up the prices.Salmon was the best dish out of all

I think zeitoom management or chef has been changed . I ordered an special koobideh but it was 2/3 of the regular size. Usually special shouldn't be shrank in size they should just call it SMALLinstead which then you know what to expect. Zeitoom koobideh was one of the reasons that I preferred their food over other Persian restaurants juicy and tender .but it seems the old chef is no longer there as their koobideh is so dry now . I noticed the rice wasn't looking fresh as you see in the pictures that the saffron is mixed with rice which is not what normally restaurant do they would just garnish it on top of the rice . I hope they take some action before their business gets impacted by too many bad reviews.
