Having a rigorous mask mandate I respect. But turning away customers since they don't have a mask and you decide not to spend 3$ to get a box of masks for your customers is ridiculous. Lost out on quite a bit just to show he's a tough guy on masks but still huffs glue and dye to make shoes. Get your priorities straight and provide masks for your customers if you're so adamant about masks. You're only hurting yourself.

Wonderful Customer service, that met my needs friendly people. had two zip up jackets that needed their zippers fixed, only cost me 20.00. They came out as good as new. N restored. I'm very pleased with how they fix appearal and meet the needs of the customers. Soo convenient that it's close by to where I live at. I highly recommend this place. Way much better price than some other places would be

I took my Louis Vuitton bag to Ralph's after the sales person at the Louis Vuitton store told me my bag was not fixable by their repair services. Bill did an excellent job repairing my bag and went over options with me for how to reinforce the strap so the same issue wouldn't happen again. He was also able to repair my wallet while I was there so I could leave with it. I brought the bag in on a Wednesday and it was ready by Saturday morning. I consider this to be a decent turn around time considering the shop is only run by one man. The minimum rate for any repair is $10.50 and my bag cost $30, a fraction of the repair service prices at the Louis Vuitton shop! Keep in mind, he redid the entire stitching on both sides of the strap, not just the area that was coming undone. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and glad to support a local business.

Extended the life of shoes I love for a very affordable price. Much better than having buy new! This is my new go to spot.

I take all my shoe repairs to Ralph's! It's nice to have a spot in the neighborhood to go to - I tend to keep my shoes longer knowing there's a place I can go for maintenance rather than always just buying new pairs!

Great work on various shoes I've brought in. This place saves me so much money overall by extending the life of my shoes. I especially appreciate the recommendations of small measures they have made to prevent wear to shoe soles. My birks especially are lasting so much longer now between sole replacements.

He always does a great job adding lifts to my shoes for a leg length discrepancy. He tells you honestly if he can do what you want while maintaining the quality and duration of the shoe. Quality work and reasonable prices.

Great local gem! Used to be located in Southdale Mall.I needed some heel tips replaced.Was told 2 weeks. When I explained that I needed the shoes for a funeral, they said to come back in a couple hours & they would have them done.What wonderful service!

He’s a master of his craft. He Is very knowledgeable about the fit and look and overall function of your shoes or boots. I would highly advise going to him for questions for advice or a general direction or repairs.
