The pharmacy team… my momma told me if you don’t have anything nice to say.. don’t say anything at all I’m sorry … every single time I go there it’s the same thing

Left there years ago for prescriptions, because of the attitude of pharmacy staff. Saving grace for the 4 stars is the cosmetics staff . The new cosmetics manager is amazingly helpful, as was their part-time staff on another occasion. Still won't go back for scripts, but will go back when i need cosmetics.

Very pour we booked a walk in for flu shot for my wife who works in health care and needs it done by tomorrow for work we understand we have to wait for turn but after driving 45 min there and 45 min home 60 doallars in gas as I drive a truck we show up at the shoppers the girl even has the papper work in hand and looks at us and says sorry we don't have staff to do walk ins and no one is there don't go to this location for anything waste your time and now my wife could be out work

This pharmacy is the absolute worst and the service is completely awful. I don't usually take time to even bother writing bad reviews but time after time there is an issue when I go to pick up my prescription and it is never ready on time. I have switched all my prescriptions to Mathesons, who has impeccable service. I went to pick up my last prescription left at Shoppers and once again walked out without it. Thank you for once again disappointing me with your awful service!

Horrible experience at this Port Colborne location. The supervisor on duty Sunday night was rude and refused service .

Went in to ask for a non drowsy allergy medication. The pharmacist didn't even look at me and mumbled that they didn't have any. I went and looked and found it myself. Wow!

Time to switch pharmacies..... today 6 staff behind counter line up of 10 plus people ....yesterday they told me they didn't receive the fax so I had it resent then called to confirm.... they actually told me it would be a few days to fill .....I have eye surgery tomorrow....it's not like they are actually measure the drops back there ...it's off the shelf meds......anyway I went to pick them up and was told it's on back order ....so I might as well cancel my surgery cause they left me with little to no time to call around to find the drops .....unprofessional staff who simply dont care nor understand the patients they serve....might as well close down if you can't do the job with 6 staff

When we moved to port colborne we started using this location for our medications, never had issues with other locations. We have found nearly every employee besides the two pharmacists we have dealt with have been rude and incompetent, the worst is constant “back orders” on insulin my type 1 diabetic husband requires to live, it seems almost monthly now, what is upsetting is that he puts his phone order in days ahead and they don’t call to inform him it’s back ordered so when he goes to pick it up it’s surprise we don’t have it, and for a unknown amount of days. When he asks if they can see if another shoppers can accommodate him they refuse, they also informed him this time that everywhere is back ordered, this was a blatant lie as he called the Welland location himself and they had it and accommodated him. This is completely irresponsible and very poor customer service. We have finally had enough and will be switching pharmacies.

I’ve dealt with this pharmacy for years and I am leaving because of so many failed second chances. Obviously they don’t pay their staff enough to care about clients and that shows immensely. High turnover of poorly trained college kids (no fault of theirs) being worked hard to save the company money. Extremely unorganized and incompetent pharmacists who are not present and seem that they do not communicate with each other or relay information to staff. Each time I’ve spoken to a different staff member and they have no clue what is going on. I have two very simple medications that I take regularly and they have still managed to be incompetent with refills, communication with doctor, and timely service. I received a prescription for a relative with the same last name that what not supposed to be dispensed to me, luckily I noticed the mistake. Average of 1/4 times that my prescription was ready for pickup even after being confirmed through text message. Each time a mistake was made on the pharmacy side I was charged $15 dispensing fee which eventually I refused to continue paying. Don’t even bother with this pharmacy take your business elsewhere.

We moved to Port Colborne over 10 years ago and have been using this pharmacy since then, service was good then. Unfortunately they decided to ask for the birthdate of one of the family members that have been served since then. They have never asked that ever before. Since their typo had the wrong date, they refused service. Then after that was corrected, ( with no apolagies ), they saId that the prescription will be ready in 40 minutes. So we came back in 50 minutes, since it's a long drive. Then they said it will be 20 minutes more, which means they never even started. They have done that before, when they called us at home, to tell us that the prescription was ready...we showed up and had to wait another 30 minutes. That's it... no more waisting our time, and at our expense it's very disrespectful and I would be fired if I did that. To top it off, they started non business conversations with each other. There was more people waiting in line., yet they felt it was okay to stand around, talk to each other, smirk at us and do nothing. No wonder it takes so long to do very little. My wife came in later and was asked for her ID. She's 60 years old and was initially refused service. They said its a government law. BS.since I was not asked for an ID to get the same prescription earlier that day.Well...I'm sure that when their days are done on earth, a place in hell will be waiting...(if they even will take them ).
