Great place!My daughter bought my wife earings from this place and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.They carry Jenny Bird and Biko earings among many other local designer brands.Highly recommend Zane as a place that supports local designers.

although having beautiful things in their store - I visited once and was rudely approached by Zane himself (I was working for a neighbouring store). Although I wasn’t entering as a customer at the time - I very well could be in the future. This experience makes me want to never return and left a very sour taste for the type of people that run this business.

I haven't visited the store in-person but I've ordered online a few times.The first time, I ordered one bag that ended up being sold out, but instead of just refunding me the money, they sent me a smaller version of the bag (same designer) and THEN contacted me to let me know what was going on. Luckily they got the designer to send me the bag in the size I initially wanted, but it was a hassle to return the other bag. They fixed the issue and showed good customer service but they shouldn't have assumed I'd want the smaller bag.In my most recent order, they sent me the wrong wallet. So now I have to return this one and then wait for the correct one to ship to me. Simple things like this should not happen and they just seem disorganized. They post on Instagram all the time so I will not chalk their disorganization up to being a small, busy business.Despite this, I will give them 3 stars for their bag selection and good sales. Maybe their in-store service is better.

Stumbled upon it when I was taking a stroll on Queen w, I bought a wallet there as a present. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I recently got another wallet (same brand) for myself online and the delivery is reasonable. Quality is still top-notch which is the reason why I came back for another purchase! If you are looking for a minimalist, clean and good quality wallet, I highly recommend this place!
