I agree with all the other great reviews. Just finished an excellent group zoom tour with Coralee. Learned a ton - and had many doors opened in my mind for further exploration. The museum is open in person now as well. Stop and take a tour or book one online, you will be glad you did!

Highly recommended! You must visit it, of you can. Its not big, but that is not a disadvantage.We were introduced by Jordan, who told us a lot about the history, culture and todays life of the first nations.No entry fee, but donations are welcome and really well-deserved.

What a amazing place and such a wonderful knowledgeable lady Coralee is . Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting kelowna or even some people living in kelowna as you'll definitely learn and take home a different insight into their history.

Great place, the staff were so inspiring. There was a young man there (I presume he is the owner, or manager /someone in charge) he was so knowledgeable and gave us so much insight to his people and their culture. I definitely walked out of there with a new respect and understanding of the history of the Okanagan Valley and it's Indigenous people.

Wow what a treasure trove of knowledge there is here, especially if you're lucky enough to learn from Coralee! We initially went to learn a little about Westbank First Nation and ended up staying half the day, reading the signs, watching the videos and learning so much from Coralee herself on syilx history/culture and the Westbank First Nation's long journey to self-governance. Must visit!

I learned so much here, especially thanks to our lovely hostess Coralee. They are currently only open for tour groups and I would love to go back again one day if given the opportunity.

Beautiful pieces sharing the history of the syilx. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to share their culture and history. Would highly recomend if you are a tourist or a local to visit this museum.
