Entryguard Doors Inc

I bought a very expensive door from Entryguard in September. They took out my old door and brought out the new door. I had ordered a colour from the swatch that looked brownish red, when the door came, it was pink. I was shocked. I realize that swatches can be slightly inaccurate, however I was assured that these swatches would be very accurate. I have contacted the company I bought from, also the sales rep and sent a email to the President, Frank Luccisano. I have received one call from the sales rep Dale and nothing else. All I’m asking for is a stain change and backing their product. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable or greedy. Scott the owner of Huntsville Window and Doors, who I bought from, has been reasonable and acknowledges the colour is not accurate. So what to do now. I did not pay $12,000 for a pink door.

I had purchased my door through another company but when I was having problems, they sent Rocco from Entryguard Doors to take a look at it. He took the time to look it over, tried different things to fix it, and explained to me what he was doing. It was greatly appreciated and gave me reassurances that everything was taken care of properly.Thank you very much!

I am a former worker from 2020 to 2022. A senior Chinese worker, Hung, kept on playing bully on me. However, the management tended to lift up the senior workers and indulge their bully behavior. Even though the management agreed that bully had happened, he was afraid to fire this guy, Hung.Those who do not invite envy are mediocrity

We have been using these doors for a few years now. I do get a fair amount of quality control issues and damaged doors but they are usually resolved and fixed i Give them 5 stars because there product is designed and made very well just got to step up that quality control as customers hate waiting for there new door twice.

My review is not for the product but for the lack of information and service. My parents need to replace an entry door system on their house and my condo corp needs them for a bunch bunch of townhouses. We've been going to manufacturers to see what is available and get an idea of the quality of the product and other details. We ended up at Pella, which does not make entry doors but uses them from entry guard. The pella installer said we could drop into the entry guard show room until 3pm. I had time today and took my mother to the show room. No one was there besides us. We saw 15-20 doors on display without model names, numbers or prices. Ok. No one was there to discuss options colours, glass or other fixtures. I'm not sure how anyone could or would buy a door from here. I messaged the pella installer who confirmed no one would would be there. But he explained their distribution system (a scam in my books). Everyone gets a cut. Entryguard makes a door and quotes pella for the door (as an example). Pella marks it up, and sends the price to the installer. Installer marks it up again (because screw you) and adds on installation charges. The doors could easily be affordable but through this distribution strategy, at least 2 people/companies have marked it up. Pricing is not available to the public or competitors. This is not how business competition is supposed to work. Pella and Entryguard won't get a penny from either my family or my condo. This is screw you back

They make high quality doors.

I've had my garden door for almost 2 years and it leaked from day one. It has caused water damage to my floors and now we can barely close the door. Nobody is doing anything about it. Horrible customer service. A leaking door that is horrible difficult to close is unacceptable. Only gave them a 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.**Update - Now Feb.2023 and my door still leaks. Nobody returns my calls. I have sent Frand the owner an email with pics of my leaking door - no response. I have called and left messages for Frank the owner - no return call. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS.
