The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Had the best experience here I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very safe and comfortable environment. I also had the facial which came with a scalp, shoulder, neck massage was not expecting that. Best facial I’ve ever had and will not go anywhere else. Could not Recommend this place enough. It is a little pricey but the service is amazing.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. I got my mother a gift card for a manicure and pedicure and it amounted to $130. Less than 24 hours after she left 4 of her shellack nails peeled off. She called and they offered to redo them, but once agin only hours after she left, her nails chipped. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in Canada to register a formal complaint. By reporting this firm to the Better Business Bureau, I hope to bring attention to any unethical or unsatisfactory practices. I hope that this establishment improves their services as this location has so much potential to succeed.

I was a walk-in and didn't look at the prices before I went. The Ten Spot is nice and clean, coffee was served! I received a normal pedicure, not shellac. Just the pedicure. Toes look like any normal pedi, there were no massage chairs, the price with min. tip %15 option came to $84. Normally I don't spend this much on a pedicure in Hamilton. Good service, came a bit pricey.

This spot is a little hidden gem! I must first say, that the salon is kept very clean and organized. The management and staff are really friendly. Tiffany is great! She was so welcoming and helpful. The service I received from Charlie was 10/10, very comfortable and relaxing. I went here for the first time and I'm glad I discovered it. I now make a monthly visit, coming from Mississauga to the Hamilton location, specifically for the warm staff and excellent service.

Amazing service! The receptionist, Claire, is so friendly and professional, and my manicurist, Alayne, is so easygoing and did such a good job with the colour and shape that I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. Will definitely be going back!

I never have any complaints about my manicures at Ten Spot on James. The last time I went I had a fabulous, and colourful manicure from Gabby, who was just as excited as I was about the pop of colour.I find they don’t grind off my nails, and for someone who has nail polish in always, my nails are stronger and healthier with their service and nail polish. My shellac lasts about 3-4 weeks, which is worth it for me!Would recommend.

I had a pedicure three weeks before at a place I won't name and they were still able to do a better job. There should have been nothing left to fix but they did. My feet were butter smooth for weeks. Love them.

Sanitary and friendly service but the results aren’t the greatest. My manicure looks like it’s a few days old already since the cuticle wasn’t pushed enough in my opinion to paint the whole nail. However the aesthetician who took care of me was new to the industry so maybe some of the more experienced aestheticians there might be better. I also found out they don’t do any fills or repairs.Images for reference.

This was my first time visiting the Ten Spot, as well as my first wax by a professional. Everyone at the salon was very welcoming and friendly, making my experience stress free. Will definitely be returning :)
