WOW!One of the best customer experiences of my life ... and I wasn't even an actual customer.After my sunroof blew out on Highway 2 north of Calgary, I pulled over in Crossfield and started making calls to windshield repair shops in the area. I knew it was unlikely to find a shop that would have my specific sunroof in stock and be able to instal it on a Friday afternoon but I, still slightly covered in shards of glass, called several anyway. As expected, I got a lot of 'Can't Helps' and 'Sorries' but eventually I landed on Forthright. While they told me over the phone that they would indeed have to order the sunroof, they also offered to cover the window so I could at least get back on the highway to get home. I was thrilled with their offer to help and made the drive from Crossfield to Olds as I was heading north anyway.When I rolled up, they had me drive into one of the bays and proceeded to remove the shattered sunroof with the broken remnants of glass and cover the open area with plastic cling film ... but not before diligently vacuuming my entire vehicle - front and back - removing all of the caved-in glass. I was blown away by the extra touch of class as it was something I would have never considered asking them to do.All told, they spent about 45 minutes on my vehicle and when I was asked how much I owed ... they said nothing. I insisted --- multiple times --- and each time was told 'no' and to simply pay it forward.I'm still blown away and I hope this review, at the very least, convinces the reader to bring their business to Forthright.

I had my truck in for some work and Zach was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way and did extra polishing for me at no charge. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Zach and his team are absolute professionals. Came into the shop with a half done tint job from another shop and the tint that was on the car was really bad. I only asked Zach and his team to finish the job. Instead of doing what I had asked and paid them to do, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by removing the old garbage tint and replacing it with brand new film. He only charged me for the windows I had asked him to do. They did ALL of my windows and I could not be happier. Thank you Zach and Forthright! Never going taking my business elsewhere!!!

I had a great experience with Forthright Auto Care in Olds AB. I had my windshield replaced which has been great. They were easy to get into contact with, book an appointment and they worked with my schedule which was so nice. Very friendly and welcoming

Zach and Marco are professionals in this industry. It shows through their work, products and attention to detail and care. I first had them do the blue wrap, which was no easy task to make straight line cuts. I'm often asked if its paint, that's how good it is. I recently had a new windshield install. The price is great, and once again Zach did an awesome job. I'll be back for more.If you love your ride, these are the guys to take it to!

Ive known Zac for quite a few years and got him to tint my F150 before covid and i was so impressed with his preofessionalism and attention to detail, i wouldnt go anywhere else! You did a great job once again on my Kia Sorento Forthright, im %200 satisfied with the work you do. If you want a job done right, go with FORTHRIGHT!!
