I have a great time and have had a great experience going to Jade Clinic. Melissa is awesome, kind and friendly, she does a great job removing the hairs on my face. It's pretty fast, but it also depends on how much hair a person may have on their face. She has given me helpful tips on how to apply the numbing cream I bought at the clinic, effectively. Overall, it is a nice environment and great place to get hair removal done.

I spent years going to clinics in Ottawa and Montreal. Electrolysis never helped me to reduce the amount of unwanted facial hair I had. Jade Electrolysis is different. I have only a handful of treatments and I am now 90 per cent free of unwanted hair. It has helped me in ways that only people with my problem can understand. Melissa has been great in providing me with safe and careful treatments and I highly recommend Jade to others

My experience with Melissa has been phenomenal. She has great knowledge of electroless’s answers each and every question each session, she makes sure I’m comfortable and is very flexible with the timing. I have seen a difference in my facial hair with just few sessions. I would highly recommend going to Melissa you won’t be disappointed. :)

Great place to get electrolysis! I have been seeing Melissa for a few months now. She is kind, professional & knowledgeable. Clinic is nice and clean. I also love the easy online booking. Definitely recommend Jade Clinic and Melissa if you are looking for permanent hair removal.

Melissa is awesome! I’ve been going to her since May and she’s been great since the first time I met her! She’s very attentive to detail and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole appt. I would def recommend Melissa for their electrolysis journey!

I have been going to Jade Clinics for the past 3 months and it has been a very good experience. My appointments with Melissa are amazing. She is very informative with the whole electrolysis process, very diligent with her work, always making sure the client is comfortable and etc. Overall my experience at Jade’s and with Melissa is amazing. I recommend everyone to come check out this place.
