A magical experience! My husband experienced the 90-minute session. Our host Antwan gave a great overview of the practice (sauna, cold plunge & rest) and then let us be to experience Aika. The spa is surrounded by beautiful vegetation, and a brook for nature bathing. It was a great opportunity for us to relax, connect and unwind. So peaceful! You can tell every detail has been thought through - from the robes, towels, wood-burning sauna, cold tubs, warming hut and tea it really is magical.Can't wait to return!
