Rollo Bay Inn
I stayed at the Rollo Bay Inn for over three months and thank Jay for his outstanding service. Although the hotel is in need of a refresh, the service I received was exceptional and made all the difference. Jay went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant (and that of the other guests as well), always ready to help but without being intrusive. In addition, the Internet connection works perfectly and the vast majority of the guests are courteous and quiet. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Jay was a perfect host - bringing tea to our room, even boiling the water before he brought us a kettle. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was nice to enjoy my tea on the common area balcony with a view of the water in the distance. Continental breakfast was included. Not a large place but right on the highway so it was easy to find. I would definitely stay there again!

I was given the royal treatment at the Rollo Bay Inn. J couldn't have shown more kindness or hospitality. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. Very good value for my money.

We had a wonderful night. The host is extremely helpful. The hotel is located in such a great area with amazing beaches but very few places to stay. The beds were comfy, we watched the beautiful sunset off the outdoor terrace sipping on our own wine and take-out from the Lobster Shack nearby. The aircon/tv/shower all worked well. The WiFi was excellent! The rooms are big and ours had everything we needed, even a small slice of water view There is free parking. The hotel could do with a little investment and updating in places but we loved our stay.

Definitely a welcome port in a sea of 'No Vacancies'! The inn owner, Jay welcomed us on short notice and gave us a choice of rooms which he was happy to show in advance. The location outside Souris was ideal and the upper deck was lovely for drinks and watching the sunset. Beds very comfortable and clean. Inn is not super fancy but great value for money.

I was hosted here during my quarantine, and Jay and his staff took excellent care of me. It's a great place to stay, very comfortable atmosphere and a quiet spot. Prices are very good too!

Owner was very nice and let me and my husband have an early and late check in/out due to being kicked out of our house to get our foam insulation done. We were able to bring our budgie bird too for the stay. He showed me around the premises and our room which was clean, big and comfy. The place could do with some upgrades to the décor but overall was a good place to stay and close to our house. Was quiet and beds were comfortable. Owner had free coffee, fruit and muffins as well. Close to Souris nice area for sight seeing and walking on the boardwalk there.

We felt very welcome and were given a tour by the manager when we arrived. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Gave great service. Unfortunately the beds were horrible. The springs were digging in me all night. Otherwise the hotel was great. If new beds are not in the budget, perhaps some mattress pads? It was fully booked so switching rooms was not an option.

Jay was a fantastic host. My room was clean and very comfortable. I don't know why this place only has 3.9 stars as it was easily the best place I stayed of the three I was at during my trip to PEI.I noticed that some older reviews say that the beds were uncomfortable and that the TV's are small. Maybe that was true in the past, but there have definitely been some upgrades. My bed was phenomenal and my tv was huge. Couldn't recommend this inn enough.
