Excellent, professional service. We made a last minute booking a day before the move and this crew was more than accommodating. Without hesitation they had everything moved the following day. Kalen and his staff were all very polite and friendly young men. Im very impressed with their work ethic. They put everything together at our new place exactly how we wanted it. Wonderful service, we will definitely be using this company for all our moves. And the price definitely can't be beat! Thanks to Kalen and his crew for making our move stress free!

I was really impressed with the whole UpDown team from start to finish. Great hustle, initiative, and communication. We had a really complicated move, with last minute changes, weather delays, long-distance out of the Lower Mainland and storage. They were competitive on pricing, worked super hard, and nice to work with and communication over text kept everything simple.

Up Down Movers helped us move on short notice after being unexpectedly asked to move so our landlord could have her son move into our space of 12 years. With stress looming, it was a massive load off to hand the heavy lifting over to Kalen's team!Flexible and responsive in booking, with clear communication of timing, quotes and expectations. The lads showed up on time and got right to it. Carefully wrapping every piece in blankets and protective wrap, disassbling pieces with care, and super efficient at handling the work load. No detail was spared in getting us in to the new place, reassembling furniture, hanging TV's, and any additional tasks we may have needed. It was a long day, and the guys were good natured and barely stopped for a break! They were there to get the job done!I highly recommend this service! We were happy with the price quoted, but still threw the guys some cash and a pizza for their extra care, consideration and extremely hard work! I would definitely trust them again in the future.

Finally a great experience with moving. Staff showed up on time, professional, careful and patient. I had some complicated furniture to disassemble and they managed that very well, wrapped all required parts and handled with care. The job needed 8 hrs which was done on time and the staff remained patient and friendly all the way through.
