Darrell was excellent to deal with. He took time to explain what needed to be done and advised on further action as necessary. He even found the spot where animals were entering my soffit (entirely missed by the animal control people!). Only difficulty is getting to him - Gorilla's frontline person seemed very half-hearted and made me feel quite unsure of whether this was a good idea.

Very good did a nice thorugh job very polite and even found my mothers ear ring on the ground that she has been missing for a week she has had the same ear rings for 30 years made her cry when he found it

Highly recommend! I contacted Darrell to have the gutters cleaned and possibly put gaurds on. He was very honest and advised against gaurds from his experience, I SO appreciate the honesty.. he could of just quoted me and got the money from me anyway but decided to give me the best advise and service! He was able to come out same day as I inquired and got the gutters sparkling clean in a couple hours. I will be booking my fall gutter cleaning with Darrel again! All at a fantastic price. Thanks again and look forward to doing business in the fall!

Easy to book, showed up on time, did a meticulous job taking care to not disturb the flower beds while cleaning the gutters and windows. Took pictures and spent time to explain potential issues they saw for work they don’t even do! Excellent response time and very reasonable rates for the excellent quality work.
