I recently got my hands on these watches by winning an auction.I needed straps and decided to visit this store.I was provided excellent service, when the colour of band I wanted wasn't available in the size I needed, the technician adjusted another strap so it could fit the watch.I recommend this store for all your watch needs.

Fast Time customer service without doubt exceptional. Service was quick and efficient. I drove from Yonge and Sheppard to Fast Time to change batteries for a few watches. I'll be back again when my other watches batteries run out.

I visited May 23rd to get my watch adjusted and the staff were very friendly and professional. They did a very good job and It was done very quick and conveniently. I will be returning soon to get another one of my watches fixed.

I had three watches, all that needed something different fixed on them. The owner took to time to explain all of the elements that the watches needed and the estimated cost for each watch. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the customer service was beautifully refreshing! I recommend that if you need some TLC for your watches to come here!

Truly a Hidden Gem!I have been a customer for many years and these guys are professionals! I They are well experienced with servicing luxury watches (Rolex, Omega, Cartier) you get the idea!They also do pressure tests for dive watches and issue a certificate which is amazing!

I broke the glass myself while trying to close the lid. The watch definitely worked - I've been using it all this time. When I brought the watch to replace the glass, everything was good and friendly, but then they called me and said that the watch was not working and the mechanism needed to be replaced. It was a lie and I knew that I was being lied to because the clock was definitely working. When I took the watch and brought it to another workshop, the master examined it in front of me and ... the arrow shift shaft just fell out !!! That is, they broke it to me when trying to replace the glass and presented it as if the watch had been broken before. They acted very dishonestly .. It's disgusting!In another workshop, the shaft and glass were replaced for me and the clock is working now.I highly recommend not trusting these guys.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure that I left completely satisfied.I highly recommend Fast Time to anyone in need of quality watch repair and accessories.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. They replaced the glass of my old Citizen watch which was chipped and scratched in just two days and now it looks like new! Super happy that I found this place and will always come back for my watch :o) Thank you!
