My family visited us from overseas and we had a great experience renting a car through Grow Car. We got a Nissan Altima and it was very clean, the customer service was excellent, and the price was fair. The process of renting the car couldn't have been easier - they had all of our paperwork ready to go when we arrived. If you're on the hunt for a quality car rental experience, look no further than this ICBC authorized shop! During my three week long trip, I had an incredible time with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. No hidden fees or costs - everything was crystal clear and incredibly reasonably priced. On top of that, the Corolla I rented ran beautifully and was spotless inside. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great ride!

I have been renting cars from Grow Car for years, and I can confidently say that their customer service and the condition of their cars are top notch. Really wish I could give lower than one star. The owner, Rita canceled a confirmed booking after already being paid deposit two months ahead at the last minute before our arrival to Vancouver. She insisted to fetch us from the airport to her office to renegotiate upon the agreed price which we refused. Not honest nor reliable. Also sent rude messages via WeChat to customer. Very arrogant and greedy. Definitely won’t recommend to others. Bad experience with her. Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews which I believe are not all genuine…
