Thank you so much to Jean for coming on such short notice to repair my sump pump! It ended up needing to be replaced and he did the replacement and cleaned everything up really nicely all on the same day while also trying to keep it as affordable as possible. Very professional and explained everything he we doing as he was doing it. I definitely recommend this company :)

Thank you Jean for your amazing emergency service. We had a clog in our main drain at 9pm with a full house of guests on the Friday of a long weekend and Jean went out of his way to come and cleared the obstruction. Very impressed with his professionalism, highly recommended.

Tuesday night... backup drain in the basement starts to overflow - no previous history or issues. I called Mr. Sink-Pro (and several others) to get a quote. They picked up right away, quoted a price that was low/middle comparitively, and promised to be on site 30-60 minutes later. Jean was here within the hour. He is fully bilingual (French/English), so if service in French is important to you, this man can help. He was very polite and professional. He didn't just fix the problem, he talked me through it, explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He used ample dropsheets and left the place clean. This was an excellent experience. Nobody likes the pain of such an unexcpected expense, but Mr. Sink-Pro made it about as painless as it can get.

Jean Kadima is a nice gentleman. I called him because my kitchen sink is blocked. He treated it as emergency and came immediately. Later I learned that that was his last shift this week so he cared about clients’ needs and have a golden heart. At first, I thought he came for making money only (of course as it is his business). He explained that he tried to help and he felt my stress. The problem was not fixed, and he did not charge me anything. He is one of a kind nice person which I rarely encounter in the plumbing industry. I truly believe he has good intentions. I want to apologize to him that I was impatient as my schedule was quite full that day. The only suggestion is I wish him to do the work first before he educated clients. Education is needed for long term benefits, but given a short time window, the problem needs to be solved first. Thank you so much!

Jean is great. He gave me different options with different prices to fix them problems because let's face it money is tight with inflation right now. He was extremely professional and a really hard worker. It was the best experience I've had with a tradesman. I highly recommend him!!
