CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Opened my stock brokerage account here. It took a while, but the agent did all the work for me to transfer stocks from my other account to this one

I wish i could give NO STAR..I went to this location on june 28th only to replace my debit card. One lady (seemed advisor) , came out to assist me. She updated my profile and everything which is good. After updating everything and replacing my card she asked if i need any additional products to start banking with cibc , i told her to open savings account. Before opening she DID NOT MENTION AT ALL THAT THERE WILL BE A CREDIT CHECK FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS. I asked her by chance , and then she mentioned yes there will be a credit check. And when i told her not to open savings account , she mentioned it’s already DONE. As an advisor it is your duty to provide a disclosure especially for credit check. It was TOTALLY DONE WITHOUT CONSENT. And when she saw i have no pre approvals too. She made me feel terrible for not getting any pre approval for credit products. I can never forget this experience. I felt like criminal while sitting in her office. Hate banking with CIBC, NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.

After the renovation there is no reason to go to this branch. It used to be a quiet little branch with great staff. Now its a cashless (literally no cash except ATMs - so no change etc and no 5's, 10's) branch with staff that dont really know what they are doing.If CIBC ever reads this - if you are doing cashless branches - then give the option to dispense 5's and 10's at the ATM.

I really appreciate the efforts and support rendered by the staffs here especially Asha, who stood with us from beginning in guiding, helping and advising wherever and whenever needed. She responds immediately, I never experienced a delay in any query. Thanks a lot Asha.

I had such a great experience at this bank branch! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly specially Noora & Sonia the branch manager and they went above and beyond to make sure all of my banking needs were met. The branch was clean

I'm not happy with CIBC changing some of their locations over to ATM only with no tellers to help you. I used to go to get coins all the time but now that's impossible. I'm happy my favourite teller was moved to another location but I heard that not all of the staff were so lucky. I presume this was about saving money - shame on you CIBC.

Great experience. Aaruni is very helpful and professional. He gave me assistance in everything I need from A to Z. Even he helped in installing the mobile App and signing in as I was unable to go through all this process by myself. He gave me services I need and answers all my inquiries. Everytime I go there, I leave fully satisfied. Great job Aaruni and I wish you the best in your career. Thank you.

Yet another cibc branch that is worse than service canada lic renewal. Staff hates that you are there and god forbid if you make em actually work. Canada badly needs a chase bank from usa.
