do not recommend lot rent keeps going up and they do nothing.

Rent increases every April (now $315/Month), don't see anything going back to the community for it. Roads always needing repair. NEED SPEEDBUMPS! NEW garbage collection is horrible, still leaving my garbage bin half full! No longer offering spring clean up" removal."

I looked at a mini home. Spoke to the staff at the office regarding their rules on dogs. My dog is 4.5 inches to tall to live at the park, asked if any exceptions could be made as he is 8 years old. I was told no.Also contacted keystone to verify that there were no exceptions and they said no exceptions could be made to the height restriction on dogs.A little disapointing. My advice to dog owners is to check with the property management of the parks in the Fredericton area before you look at purchasing a mini home to find out what their rules are. The k9 size restrictions are pretty stringent.Other than that, seems like a decent park with a good location.

Terrible place. Roads are not cleaned properly. And the lot rent keeps going up. However, fairly quiet neighborhood.

I have lived here six years, it isn't a bad place to live, but they certainly need to make some repairs to the streets.

Rent is very high. The screening for tenants is not good enough.

I tried buying a home for my daughter. They wanted 6 months lot rent upfront plus a co-signer. Plus they wanted us to put new siding on right away. Because my daughters credit isn't the greatest. We agreed to everything except we asked for an extension on the siding. .We were told that we either agree with everything or the deal is off and she can't move in. They said they've wasted enough time on her application and they are not going to waste any more time on her. Very unprofessional...

Very discouraged ..... was going to buy a mobile home but they wouldn't allow me to rent! :(
